There are studies that show that it also helps with bone mineral density and lymphatic movement. I wanted to have one for the house to be able to use whenever and for however long I wanted. This one came highly reviewed and I am so happy with my purchase. It is super sturdy and doesn’t slip and slide. I like that it has the remote so you can hold it and change the settings as you need. It is very much sturdy due to its suction cups at the bottom which stick to floor and make its immovable while excising on it. It is also very easy to use and have various function. Well, I honestly have to say this is absolutely incredible to use. What a great experience you firm up really super quick. You definitely see all the crazy skin flying everywhere but if you stay with it at least 3 to 4 times a week you will notice a definite change in the bum area. Good quality I recommend this machine highly it helps me with all my tendons, nerves, headaches just overall you feel every part of your body shaking and getting stronger and healthier. Overall sleep is absolutely amazing. I’m glad I purchased it.
