Okay this is a pretty solid vibration plate. It won’t slip and it is built with strong sturdy materials so I don’t anticipate it breaking any time soon, but some things you should know. These things are made to supplement work outs. You will feel your muscles contracting as you try to maintain balancing on this thing. All those muscle contractions will lead to increased muscle strength and tone, but this needs to be combined with other exercises like squats or push-up if you really want to maximize the effectiveness. I’d say regular use may enhance flexibility and balance and that this device would be really beneficial for older adults or those recovering from injuries. It is my understanding that the vibrations can also improve blood circulation and aid in lymphatic drainage, which might be why I seem to feel reduce muscle soreness after my workouts the next day Recommend everyone start slowly with low-frequency and low-intensity settings to allow your body to adapt to the vibrations. It’s a bit tricky at first. Try to stand with your knees slightly bent to absorb vibrations better and prevent joint strain. And I can’t emphasize this enough, if you want to see results you need to enhance effectiveness by performing exercises like squats, lunges, or planks while on the machine. These vibration plate exercise machines can be effective as part of a broader fitness routine, particularly for enhancing muscle strength and tone.
