I effin love this thing. It can be loud if you live on the second floor (haha oops). I feel much lighter , energized and a couple lymph nodes I could feel seem to have diminished in size quickly. My legs were super itchy at first but the more I did this the better my blood circulation became. Helping me lose some ounces in weight in addition to what I already do.

I delayed writing my review till I used my vibration plate for awhile. This thing is fantastic. Well worth the price. My sister has a super expensive one, this one fit my budget and works beautifully. It’s powerful and I love the preprogrammed sessions. You Can definitely run your own program on it, but I like not messing with that. Just hit the program button till it gets to one of the 4 pre set programs and hit the start button. Nice! I have neuropathy in my feet, after just a couple weeks of using this, my feet feel better. Hasn’t “fixed” them but they don’t hurt like they did and I’m not twisting my ankles as much because I don’t always feel my foot placement on the floor. My legs also don’t ache as bad at night when I’m trying to sleep. It took about two weeks to see/feel the difference, it’s not an overnight result but stick with it, for me personally, the benefits took about two weeks. I love this little machine. The price is awesome too, you don’t always have to go expensive to get quality. The only problem with this purchase is the remote. The machine itself is high quality, the remote is junk. I just use the buttons on the machine itself.

Lifesaver for lower back issues! Different speeds target different areas, and you have to move around on it to get it to work right, but easy 5 stars for the price and what it offers. I wasn't able to crack my back for a long time, after using this with one of the arch stretch tools, my back finally cracked and I started to get relief. Remote doesn't work from too far away but that isn't necessary as I'm always standing on it when you use it, but that may be relevant for use in therapy sessions with someone else controlling the remote. Not perfect but it is much more than what I expected for what I paid for it. If it fails or has any issues I will update the stars.

This is the best invention EVER! I didn't buy this for exercise or weight loss. I'm a 65 year old female and I suffer with severe RLS and I can't find relief through Rx medications and I'm not fond of walking outside alone at 2am and I'm fed up of literally whipping my legs with a stick until I bruise just to knock some sense into my legs. I did buy a vibrating heating pad a while back, but the control broke. (my fault - I stepped on it) So I did my internet research and it suggested a vibration plate and my God! The vibration is so much stronger than the vibrating heating pad. am in love with the vibration plate! I can sit in a chair and rest my feet on the plate and let it do its job. I literally shed happy tears! Anyone who has RLS - I can't recommend a vibration plate strong enough! Worth every single penny!

Bought one for both me and my daughter. My daughter uses hers all the time as she has histamine allergies. It has help with inflammation and lymphatic things. I use after the gym and enjoy it. Good options and speed setting. Not noisy and really good quality.
