Very well packaged for starters which is a plus in my eyes. Got this for my mother in law and I was nervous it would be too hard for her but it was SUPER EASY. It was enough of a challenge for her to get a workout in but not something that will send her flying across the room. I like that it's constructed with what seems to be very good material. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its a vibration plate. She loves it and it helps a lot with her leg pain. The addition of workout bands is always a plus too!
