So when I got him I looked hers up and it was more expensive than what I wanted to spend. But then I came across this one (I go the 2 in 1) and for the price I thought what would it hurt, let’s try it. I got it today and used it in my tile floors. OMG I love it. After vacuuming my floors I used this steam mop and my floors came out great; and it cut the time I’m 1/2 from just regular mopping. It’s super light weight and super easy to use and fill with water. I am very happy with this product and will totally recommend it to others as well.

I live in an old 3 decker and my crappy floors never seem to get clean, my 11 month old and 5 year old love playing on the kitchen floor for some reason lol so i decided i HAD to clean it but without chemicals and without breaking my wallet and this one is pretty nice. it gets the job done, i had to go over a few times and i wish the water tank was a little bigger but i like it. it also says in the instructions you can change the level of steam by pressing a button but i don’t seem to have that option on mine.

I do not like how cheaply made they are. And some of the best brand names too!! It's shameful and I was tired of buying one every other month. So I started reading and researching the subject of floor steamers I mean I'm hooked to my steamer I think it's the greatest invention, really! So I found this and thought I would take a chance.. well it's been a few months ...still blows out steam like a steam engine on a train... My favorite cleaning tool plus the fact I'm a barefooter by choice and I could sleep on my floors (smile) Sally I named her Sally Steamer I love her that much 10 stars from.me and I hate typing! Final update: The first mop I received worked exactly one time. I returned that mop and they sent a replacement. The second mop worked famously the first time and about half way through the second time I used it. It makes a noise, but no steam. The really annoying thing about returning these mops is that they request you to box the item and there is no way to take this mop apart after you assemble it without breaking it. So.... the hunt for a great steam mop continues... Update: This mop did not work the second time I went to use it. They are sending a replacement, so we'll see how that goes. I have had other steam mops - this is by far my favorite to use and was the best price!! The first steam mop I purchased was a disappointment because (although it was a well-known & recommended brand) the steam didn't come out unless you were actively moving it back and forth. This mop steams constantly, so you can get the areas that need extra attention simply by holding the mop in one place and letting it do the work for you!! Most of the steam mops I have owned have not lasted more than a year which is aggravating when you spend a lot of money on them. It came with two pads, which is nice so that one will always be clean and available.

The mop is good for what it’s worth. I find that the handheld attachment is more useful than the actual mop for sticky/hard to remove grime. Pretty simple and straightforward to use. It gets pretty hot. The brushes work well. The parts for the mop are obviously cheap. But you get what you pay for. I only gave 3 stars because the company doesn’t sell replacement for the mop pads and auxiliary parts/brushes. One of my mop pads were accidentally thrown away. And the other is so soiled that it still isn’t clean even after three washes. So basically the mop is unusuable since I cannot find any replacement mop pads that fit the dimensions of the mop head. Super frustrating but again, you get what you buy.

The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely impressed with this steamer. This is my first time leaving a review for any product, but I felt it was necessary after making this purchase. The steamer is lightweight, quickly heats up the water in less than 10 seconds and lifts the dirt from the tile floor so quickly. For floors that have not had much love in months or years, it may take a couple of runs over the tile to get the dirt or stains out but nonetheless this gets the job done. The water reservoir holds a lot of water, enough to get a good sized area clean. High quality fabric/cloth sheets to clean the floors. By far one of the best purchases I have made! You won't be disappointed.
