This product was worthless. It doesn't stay together and falls apart. It does not emit a flow of steam and the adjustments don't work. Since it is past the return date I am going to bring this to the dump. i will not be buying another one. I get better cleaning done with a rag attached to a mopping handle.

I’ve not had this thing for maybe three months and it’s already falling apart. The ball thibgy in the water part broke. The steamer spite random steam instead of a steady stream. And I feel like I’m constantly refilling it when I do use it. And the first time I used one of the brush heads. It melted all the bristles and made it pointless to use. This item is a piece of c*** I bought it to steam clean my kitchen floors and my living room and diner room floors. The steam worked for 5 seconds and never came back on. The detachable steamer does not work at all. This product is not worth the money that I paid. I seriously have buyers remorse.

Only regret is that I didn’t buy this sooner. It cleans SO well with or without a cleaning solution added. I even used it to clean carpet and it worked great on some areas with light staining.
