I don’t want to be dramatic, but these candles might just be the best decision I’ve made, right after upgrading my Wi-Fi and switching to sweatpants full time. From the second I light one, my home transforms from “Did someone microwave fish?” to “Why does it smell like a luxury spa in here?” I’ve bought these candles more times than I care to admit, and in more scents than I can count (vanilla bean being my soulmate scent). Each one has gone above and beyond, like the overachiever of the candle world. Burn time? Oh, honey. These babies go for 80 hours. That’s longer than most of my relationships. They don’t just cover bad smells, they shame them into leaving. Pet funk, stale air, or the ghost of last night’s garlic-heavy dinner? Gone. Like they were never even there. I keep coming back because they’re consistent, effective, and smell amazing without giving me a headache or making the room smell like I’m covering a crime scene. Even scents I was unsure about have turned out to be wins. Like a blind date that actually looks like their profile pic. Bonus points: They’re soy-based, cruelty-free, and made with food-grade wax. So even if my dog tries to lick one (again), I won’t panic quite as hard. In short: these candles slap. If you want your home to smell like you have your life together (even if you don’t), get one. I love, love, love these jarred candles! The fragrance is genuine to the label and absolutely lasts throughout the burn time which is a very long time per jar. DCC does eliminate off putting or stale odors within a room. I buy this product on a regular basis because it allows me to have a fresh smelling home. Nothing overwhelming, just fresh. Best candles of all time. Delicious and sweet, like candy. Have only tried vetiver, vanilla and now cherry bomb. All are amazingly fragranced, clean and long burning. Dianne, Dianne! You have done something for me that is almost impossible to exaggerate. For anyone who lives in an apartment - this review is for you. I live in an apartment complex surrounded on all sides by neighbors who live like 4/20 is every day. They smoke cigarettes, they smoke . During the day, and in the dark of night. I instinctively wake up when there are strong smells (think someone frying bacon, or...smoking weed). Lately, my neighbors have been smoking at 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am. After a couple of weeks of this, I was a sleep-deprived wreck. Rolling out of bed to spray Lysol, Febreeze wasn't working. My normal wax melts weren't working. I was miserable, achy, and exhausted. THEN a moment of delirious inspiration - I thought "surely they make some sort of odor eliminating thing for this in particular. It's an entire industry now." Since all of the other candles seemed more harmful - and quite frankly, ugly - I went with Dianne. We tried the Bamboo and Lilac scents first. AMAZING. Fresh scents that filled the home in a pleasant way, not too overpowering. And most importantly they WORK. Within a couple of minutes of smelling the smoke odors, they disappear. I'm not kidding you. If I only light the candle once the smoke comes in, it takes maybe 5 or so minutes for the weed smell to vanish. If I light it in anticipation of the smoke smell? Forget it. Place just smells great. So far we've loved every scent we've tried. Baby Powder and Pumpkin Spice, and now Vanilla Bean as well. Not sickly overpowering and FUNCTIONAL. I now set my candle warmer on about 10 minutes before bed for preventative measures and I sleep clear through the night. No more waking up to spray/pray so that I can fall back asleep. Dianne and her candles have completely upped my quality of life. I sleep through the night and wake up with less aches and pains. I enjoy my living room and kitchen more. You know, the place that I pay absurd rent to enjoy. The candles might seem pricey, but for how well they work? I'll cough up those dollars every time. THANK YOU, Dianne. Keep making these and don't change a thing! NOTE: Since I needed this to be working THROUGH THE NIGHT, I couldn't light the wick with a flame like I usually would for a candle. Instead, I got a CANDLE WARMER LAMP that warms the candle from above, for maximum safety and scent dispersion. If you are purchasing for the same reason I am, be sure to get one if you don't already own one. The candle may not fit on your wax warmer, and it's probably best to warm it from above anyway. If the scent starts to fade a little, just pour a top layer of wax out, and move the lamp closer to the candle so that it'll continue to work. But you won't have to often. These candles LAST.

These candles are great for pet odor elimination. It has a pleasant fruity scent. The burn time wasn't as long as advertised in turn decreasing the longevity of the candle. For me, that isn't a great value for the price. I wish they were cheaper so I could double up and try the other scents. I'd love to try them all. The size was bigger than I expected so I just assumed the candle would last as long as advertised. This will be my go to from now on due to the effectiveness of the odor elimination. I just wish it lasted longer for the price & then I'd put it on a subscribe order. 4 stars because it does what it says. I'd of gladly given 5 if the burn time was as advertised, the price wasn't so steep for just 1. I'd love a bundle deal with mix & match option.
