Received item. Assembled as per the instructions. Fueled up with 92 octane mixed with new 2 stroke oil using enclosed mixing container. Pulled probably 10 times. Nothing. Has spark. There is no primer bulb to begin with. Tried all ways to start with choke and non locking throttle. Probably Pulled about another 80 times altogether with letting saw sit for a few minutes. I've had chainsaws before and am proficient in using them. There's a fuel problem somewhere. Saw cannot be returned. Even though it clearly states 30 days return policy. Contacted customer service. They sent an email to the seller. I did as well. Amazon stated that if the seller didn't get back in 48 hrs. My purchase will be refunded. Now Amazon wants videos and pictures of the problem. Unbelievable. This isn't a court case. This particular saw that won't start. If they let me return the saw I'll take a replacement. That's not happening. I'm going to evaluate my membership with Amazon after this. I've been many things with no problem or returns. Not happy

It was on sale when I got it. 58cc for 85 bucks. The same size in a stihl is closer to 1500 bucks. I’ve cut down several trees with it. Mainly white oak, 8-12” butts with no issues. The pull cord started eating through the plastic on day 2. But that’s the only issue I’ve had with it so far. I’ve put 5 tanks of gas through it so far.

I just got my saw put together this weekend and started cutting. So far the saw is comparable in cutting to US saws

Very difficult to start. Had to adjust the spark plug as it was not fitted correctly. Finally got it started and put it away. The next time I went to attempt to start it the pull start ripped off from the starting wheel. Complete waste of money.
