I ordered this for my 6 year old and it was a perfect age to play with it. He loves it! He always wants to show me all the moves he can do it with it. It keeps him busy and it is fun watching his determination as he learns how to do "a new move" with it.

The media could not be loaded. I teach middle school students and you wouldn't think they'd love something like finger boarding, but they do! Enough that at times I've had them put them away in backpacks, or allowed them time to play with them during free-time. This was purchased for my nephew (in middle school). Pros: The sets are customizable, as long as you're buying from this same brand. The skateboard has real grip tape and this particular set comes with extra parts to change the board out. You probably could build your own skate park, if you continued to buy the different sets and merged them at some point. It comes with instructions, which I appreciate because a lot of products these days come with nothing and you just wing it on your own. The wheels are smooth, and the grip tape on the board make it easy to manipulate. Cons: It's sturdy yes, but the parts are also not that durable. To me it's in the middle on the category of reliability, so I did take a star off for that. For the price it should be a bit more robust, or include one more toy, accessories, etc. If there were grips on the bottom of the ramps, that would have been very helpful. Since there aren't, some children may struggle with keeping it in place and get frustrated. It is easy to assemble/disassemble, but if a child isn't used to such a product this will be a learning curve, that the interlocking features at the bottom or side aren't very strong and it may slide around. The set does not include a bike. There's a picture of one on the box, but the images online only show the skateboard. So the two should match so children don't get their hopes up as they open up this box. Overall it's a nice set.

I guess if they aren't able to get outside on an actual ramp with a bike or skateboard they can pretend with this set. Good for getting them to use their imaginations, if not for exercising their bodies. It's definitely safer, LOL! Maybe they can practice some moves that they will try later. The set I got had an illustration of both a bike and a skateboard, but only a skateboard is included, so that could be a let down for a kid opening this as a gift, especially if they really wanted the bike. But it includes two ramps and a rail and will give them plenty of options to play around with. The skateboard itself looks cool and comes with different wheels and a tool to change them out. Fun gift.

I have a little cousin that loves these types of toys and I got 3 different sets of these to play with them at the holiday time when we all get together. I like the look and feel of the materials and had fun zipping the little skateboard around the curves even though I am sure that I was doing it "wrong". I like that with the variety of sets you can move the pieces around and make your own custom skate parks. I'm looking forward to seeing what configurations my little cousin makes and hearing their explanations of why. This is a fun way for kids to use their imaginations and have some of the fun of skateboarding without the dangers associated with it. The set is also a good size for putting a Barbie or similar doll on the skateboard to play with which is nice and I could see using the skate park as a fun place for dolls to hang out and play as well.

This is a plastic mini skate park for finger sized skateboards. Since our son likes playing with this on the wood floor because his skateboard can roll better on that floor than the carpet, we added small felt pieces on the bottom the ramps to keep them from scratching the floor. The extra wheels were also a plus on top of everything.

This is a bit overpriced. Pros: The skateboard has great grips and the wheels are smooth. It’s also nice that it comes with extra wheels supplies and different ways that you can set the ramp up. Cons: The set is hard to put together and feels like it might break when assembling or disassembling since the plastic is thin. It would have been nicer if it had grips on the bottom of the set; it slides around when using it on a table or smooth surface. Overall, we really liked the skateboard but we were unimpressed with the ramps/set.

I got this for my son for his birthday and he’s already had so much fun with it! He loves to do tricks with the fingerboard and grind the rail. He loves that the wheels can be switched out. It comes with several wheels to interchange and the tools to do it.

For a kids toy this was a little difficult to put together. Be sure to build it where you want it to stay because it will come apart easily if moved or played with. The pieces do not stay together well enough at all. My son would like to pick it up and move it but it falls apart so easily. It would be nice if it locked into place a bit more. Sturdy enough when just sitting and playing with it though. Maybe need a large tray to put it on to move it around.
