Sanitizing our hands is great, but it's necessary to have a sanitizer that provides protection over many contacts with others, which is what this cream does. This is the best lotion sanitizer ever! Have a pet and a germophobe so use this often! - a bottle in several rooms of house. I tried others and this is the absolute best product! They had a pump size that was wonderful. Only issue is it expires sooner than expected so hopefully they can keep improving the product to extend the expiration date. Free shipping should be offered if a quantity is ordered. Love this product! Bring back the pump purse size please: it was wonderful.

I think it protects and moisturizes my hands well. It's not too thin, too thick, or sticky at all. I don't know if it actually sanitizes my hands for "up to 4 hours" because... how am I supposed to test that? I have to believe that it can do what it says or they wouldn't be able to say it, right? In any case, I have OCD, so for people like me that are germophobes (the technical term is "mysophobia") this is a godsend. In the past when I wasn't home I would have to use hand sanitizer on my hands every time I needed to use my phone, go in my bag, or had to touch something else that was clean. That could cause me to use a lot of hand sanitizer. So, I went through it quickly and it wasn't so great for the skin on my hands. With this, I set an alarm on my phone for every 3 and a half hours or so (less time if I'm touching a lot of stuff or have to touch things that are really gross, like money) and don't have to worry about using it every time I want to touch something clean. I know it's weird to set an alarm to sanitize your hands every few hours but it is what it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I only have two complaints. 1. I don't have any actual way of knowing that it is actually working (which I try not to think about). At least with alcohol-based hand sanitizers I can smell the alcohol (or if there's a cut on my hand or something I can feel the burn) but with this I just have to take them at their word. 2. It kind of smells funny. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it's like... a musty earthy smell. It doesn't smell like fruits or flowers or anything like that that you might think it would smell like because of the ingredients. So, what I do is, I put some of this on my hands and put a little bit of another lotion that smells good on my hands. Problem solved. TL;DR: Pros: Moisturizes well. Not sticky. Lasts a long time (as compared to alcohol based sanitizers that you have to use repeatedly). Cons: Smells a little funky. ps. I'm miffed that they raised the price since I bought it last :(.

I experimented using this lotion for problem perspiration. __ After showering and shaving, I tried putting a thin layer of this R&R lotion on my underarms and let dry before applying deodorant. __ Pretty much unscented and silky- smooth quickly absorbed texture. __ It makes an almost unbelievable difference in stopping perspiration odor COMPLETELY but also soothes my skin after shaving !! __ Seemed to me if this lotion was made for hospital use, it might do the trick for my problem when nothing else did, and it sure did ! __ R&R is a fine company which manufactures Top- Notch products at an extremely Low price available to the public. __ So glad I found this and hope this helps someone else with similar problems.

The smell isn't pleasant, but I am sure I could add a splash of cologne if I cared. I do maintenance that often leads to scratched up hands. My alternative was using Neosporin as lotion. This stuff aids in heal time, next day pain, and doesn't dry my hands out or remain oily like the Neosporin did. It's expensive and I'm cheap so I don't use much, and I try to wait to buy a refill. I always regret waiting. It's awesome stuff. Even though it's pricy, there's nothing any cheaper that works as well.

I believe the lotion is of good quality. I like the fact that it is approved for Health Care Use. It absorbes quickly and does not leave a greasy residue. However, I was expecting a pump to be supplied with the bottle as pictured but it did NOT. So now I have to purchase another empty bottle with a pump to dispense the lotion and fill it to dispense the lotion. IF THE PICTURE APPEARS WITH A PUMP BOTTLE THEN I EXPECT THE MERCHANDISE TO INCLUDE IT!

Before I bought this, I checked with the CDC info. It is accurate, although the CDC prefers the Purell types for clinical circumstances. For me, because I am mostly using this at home or from my purse, it is very helpful because it moisturizes. The others, harsher, leave my skin dry and cause it to redden. This is a very small dispenser of this cream, but so far, its beneficial. Even alternating between Purell and this helps!

My bother is about to get a kidney transplant so I will need to have my hands sanitized well and often because I will be his primary caregiver as he recovers. I already use the alcohol kind often and it drys my skin out so badly. I can't stand it. I have been trying this lotion out and it feels pretty great on my hands. Most regular hand lotions make me itch but this lotion does not. It's really nice to moisturize my hands and know they are safely sanitized at the same time. I wish it wasn't so expensive though.
