I’ve been extremely happy with the SIMPSON Clean Machine 3400 PSI 2.5 GPM Pressure Washer. It starts easily, has plenty of power, and makes quick work of everything from siding and decks to vehicles and concrete. The 3400 PSI combined with the 2.5 GPM flow gives it professional-level cleaning performance without being overly complicated to use. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the hose and spray wand are well made compared to cheaper pressure washers I’ve owned in the past. I especially like how efficient it is at removing years of dirt and grime with minimal effort. It’s powerful enough for heavy-duty jobs but still manageable for regular homeowners. If I had one minor complaint, it can be a little loud, but that’s expected with a gas-powered unit this strong. Overall, this pressure washer has exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, high-powered cleaning equipment. 5 stars. ... show more

The unit itself works pretty well. I’ve only used it once, but it started easily and performed well cleaning my driveway. There is not a user manual in the box, and the quick start manual that was included, was misassembled, (the page containing instructions 6-11 was transposed with the Spanish language version, and it was a impossible to follow. The quick start guide in my box was Rev C dated 1/2026). So, I went to the Simpson website to try and get setup instructions. The manual posted on their website is a generic version, that covers many different versions of this model. A lot of the info didn’t apply to my unit, so, I had to call customer service via phone, only to have the agent speak to me in a condescending manner, after telling her the guideline my box was misprinted. In the end she directed me to a local repair facility…. The facility is over an hour away. As it turns out the my unit is “upgraded”beyond what is in the online version of the manual. All of the connectors are quick connect type and they’ve eliminated the breather vent, so setup should have been pretty easy and straightforward. The pressure washer itself would get 5-stars, but their instruction manuals and customer service are well below par….hence the 4-star rating overall. ... show more

Strong power washer. Came on time. It was well packed with good instructions. Assembly was straight forward. Started on the first pull. I have now used it several times to wash cars and various cleaning around the house. The engine runs well when under pressure and delivers a very strong and powerful spray that does a great job cleaning. I got it on Prime Day Deals and it was a good buy. Unit assembled just fine in about 15 minutes. Some better pics would have helped. Many steps had zoomed in images but hard to determine where on the unit the images referenced. Still not a big deal so i still guve it a 5. Preasure and multiple nozzles were excellent. I have chickens wondering on my patio but this washer after a short soak took care of everything in about 10 minutes. ... show more
