Let's start with this is my first pressure washer delivered in a box. That was a little unsure of but why not, we ship everything else. It was easy to install and came with every needed. Start up was smooth. The pressure to which it used was great with the CRX engine ( which is a clone of a the honda to give them a run). No inconsistent pressure. I have used it for my first five hours and so far so good. It doesn't start in the first two pulls of the cord but runs pretty smoothly otherwise. Really liking the pneumatic wheels as opposed to hard plastic ones like I've had on other units. Will update as needed.

    • garbage instructions, and performance is disappointing.

instructions, assembly instructions, and manual are terrible. they are general/universal and could apply to literally every model they make and even other brands. everything is tagged as optional or "if equipped". super highlited "MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THIS AND REPLACE WITH THIS BEFORE USE"... and below that (if applicable). so you have to scour the machine and see if your machine has that item on it. but dont worry, the picture is super grainy and you can barely tell what you are looking for. and to be clear, im a shadetree mechanic that has done engine swaps in their lawnmowers. im not some no nothing joe blow. now to the function... the hose is ultra hard to manipulate. hard to store. hard to prep. and the spray nozzles out of the box were super uneven. the edges of the fan are super strong, the center of the spray pattern, super weak. so first thing im going to have to replace those. instructions also said it was supposed to come with button spring snap clips so you could quickly remove the handle. nope. those were missing. overall, very disappointed. ... show more
