Love this bad boy. This machine out did my doubts of what it can do. I was shopping around looking to find a strong pressure washer because we own a cleaning company that also does exterior cleaning. So I seen so many that were up there in price and the PSI with the GPM were not as close as I wanted them to be. For those that are on the field and do pressure washing we know that GPMs is what is most important because it allows us to work smarter not harder. Not saying PSI doesn't matter because it very much does. But GPM is whats going to make you move faster and cover more Sqft. I seen one at Lowe’s and I was so close to get it and I said “let me try Amazon”. I came on here and found this one that is 4400 PSI with 4.0 GPM. No brainer. This here is a perfect fit and match for those that are starting in the commercial realm of PW. Once you get yourself some profit you can invest on the 8.0GPM and more PSI but this one here is perfect. Thank you SIMPSON for making such a great product. ... show more

⭐ READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A SIMPSON

I purchased this SIMPSON PowerShot pressure washer in February 2025 for nearly $900. Since purchasing it, we have used it only about four times. The machine still looks practically new. The last time we used it, it worked perfectly. Now, after sitting between uses, it will not start properly, the oil level/condition appears abnormal, and when it does attempt to run it produces excessive smoke. This is absolutely not what I expected from a commercial-grade pressure washer at this price point after so little use. What has disappointed me even more is the warranty experience. I contacted the company expecting that a machine with so few hours of use would be properly evaluated and taken care of under warranty. Instead, I was told that I have to take it to an authorized service center, that some service centers may charge me just to diagnose the problem, and that even if the problem is covered, I may still be responsible for labor while only certain parts are covered. That is extremely disappointing. A warranty sounds impressive on paper, but what matters to a customer is what happens when an almost-new machine actually fails. A product that has been used only a handful of times should not leave the customer facing diagnostic fees and potentially labor costs just to determine why it failed. My previous pressure washer lasted approximately 20 years. I replaced it because it eventually lost pressure after years of service — not because the engine failed after a few uses. I purchased this SIMPSON expecting a professional, durable machine. My experience has been exactly the opposite. I cannot recommend this pressure washer or this brand based on the product reliability and the warranty experience I have received so far. Before buying, I strongly recommend that customers read the warranty carefully and find out exactly who pays for diagnosis and labor if the machine fails. A long warranty means very little if the customer still has to pay significant costs when a nearly new product stops working. If SIMPSON ultimately resolves this problem fairly under warranty, I will gladly update this review. But based on my experience today, I am extremely disappointed. ... show more

Definitely worth it!

Wow...this thing is powerful! Better hold on! I instantly thought, "Now THIS is a pressure washer!" Yup, it sucks gas and water and it's big and it's a little loud and it's probably more than you want to pay....but it sure does a fantastic job. Pull the handle and it starts right up without much effort really...no issues there at all despite some of the reviews (well, for me anyway). I've only just had it a day but it put in a solid day's work and I am very happy with it. After using only smaller gas and crappy electric pressure washers, this thing blew me away. I purchased the 4500 PSI model with the CRX 420 engine. I've had this washer now for about 7 months and used it a few times totaling about 12 hours so far. I wish I had opted for an electric start model because the recoil of the pull rope can yank you back at times. I bought an inline pressure gauge so I could see what the pressure is when I adjust the unloader. The washer gives the full advertised pressure (4500 PSI) and it will knock you over while using if you get a little off balance. Lean into it for sure when using it. I wish the wand had a side handle to make it easier to use for long periods of time. I used it today to strip old stain off my wooden deck. It did the job easily due to it's power. My 2700 PSI washer didn't lift the old stain. It also makes my 20" concrete surface cleaner work the way it's supposed to. I highly recommend this washer to anyone needing a powerful and reliable unit. ... show more

Don't waste your time!!!

Item was delivered damaged, tire fell off because the wheel mounting kit was broken off. After fixing the wheel to stay on (using parts I had in my stock). I ran the machine (it ran horribly) found out that the set screw that holds the regulator was missing so I am guessing it applied too much pressure and broke the pump. Found spring parts in the strainer and upon further examination I found that one of the plastic valves in the pump manifold had broken. Amazon will not take back this product because it is hazardous, so you have to contact the manufacture. Called Simpson and they said to contact a service department, they referred me to a place that said "they would never work with Simpson again". Called Simpson back and was given another place that is one hour away from me and they can't do the warranty work for two weeks. Now I am stuck with a no good broken right out of the box pressure washer that I have only owned for two hours. I would highly not recommend this product to anyone and if Amazon knew what was good for them they wouldn't sell this product with the extremely low build quality and complete lack of customer support for a new machine out of the box. Also Simpson will not send any of the necessary parts needed to fix it if you are just the end user. ... show more

This has been an excellent pressure washer, starts easily, fairly moderate on gas, amazing flow. Slightly heavy as a unit and the box did come damaged but no issues with the equipment. The only complaint I have is that the wheels are not tight in the axle which causes them to wobble when rolling it around. ... show more
