The media could not be loaded. This thing has been hooked up to my pool since yesterday and it does nothing. It came with no instructions or troubleshooting. In my opinion it is hooked up correctly. But as you can see from the video it is not picking up nothing! It is sitting in one spot. I have adjusted the weight and the flow valve it does NOTHING. After only a weeks worth of use I’m returning this product. It has so little suction that the rubber part is always half up off the floor of the pool. Brand new pump so definitely not that!!!
