I am not sure if this applies to all products but my experience was just bad. This vacuum doesn't feel pretty sturdy and the quality doesn't look good to me. I mean this could work if it was a $100 product but it definitely did not meet my expectations as a ~$400 stuff.

I saw all the 5 star reviews before I decide to purchase the robot. This is the one!!! It literally cleaned my 8" foot pool. It walks the walls and steps....who knew?! I don't usually leave reviews but I had to do so for this pool robot. One of the best. If not, the best out there!!!

The media could not be loaded. I was very skeptical because of all the recent fake reviews on Amazon but this has been a great purchase so far. It cleans really well, but sometimes it speeds to much which starts to throw around dirt and leaves at the bottom. I have a weird shape pool but it handles the walls and the stairs really well. An app would be nice to send battery notifications, not sure if this is wifi enabled or not, but some other reviews were talking about an app in production. Currently it only operates under one mode but I'm okay with that. I live in an area where there are a lot of palm trees, sometimes large strings if palm leaves falls into the pool, it picks up the smaller ones just fine, but the larger ones tend to get skipped a lot. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Seemed to be a good quality product, just couldn’t get it to connect to phone or iPad so I could change mode. Runs for about an hour or a little more. Takes two and half hours to charge. Will stir up sediment on the bottom so you need to run your filter at the same time. Takes a few times of charging and operating to get pool fairly clean. I think if you could run it twice a day 4-5 days a week, it would keep pool cleaner for less energy than a suction type will. ... show more

No website available, phone number for product support does not work, email address to contact support does exist. This Seauto Crab cleaner is supposed to have 3 cleaning modes but only 1 (all surfaces mode) actually work. I tried everything to make it work, no luck.
