I like the camera but I asked for a specific color and was sent what you wanted to send. If you weren’t going to send what I asked for you could have said that my color choice was unavailable. Very unhappy with the color but the camera works great.

This item does NOT come with an SD card. The contents are shown in the photo and listed in the first paragraph of the description. If you scroll down to the vendor item information, it states a 32GB SD card is included. However, this does NOT include the SD card. The camera is useless without the SD card. Because the existing reviews seem to be for a KIT with 2 batteries, and SD card, and a tri-pod, they should be removed. The camera is VERY easy to use. I do not have an SD card yet, but the menu is short and descriptive. I was not able to locate anything telling the max size of the SD card, so I ordered a 128GB and a 256GB card. I will return them if they are too large. I do not know if it is because there's no SD card, but touching a menu option, certain menu options, causes the screen to go black and the blue "BUSY" light to light up on the camera. There's a red battery\power light and a blue "busy" light. Pressing the hardware menu button brings the camera back to normal and out of busy mode. It came with on fully charged battery and a USB to USB -C cable for charging (no charging brick). The case is nice and seems to do the job. The product states it cannot be in the rain, high humidity, and not to store it near your drinks or open bottles. This seems to be a hint to never allow the camera to get wet or else - lol

I wanted a camera that would be straightforward for me to operate. In fact, because I struggle with technology, my small children are better at using it than I am. Everything needed to start filming can be found in this set. Included are two batteries, a tripod, an SD cards, all required wires, a carrying case, a remote control, and more. The camera comes with a small SD card, but if you'd prefer, it can also be used with a larger one. Being able to charge one battery while using the backup prevents a battery failure when you are filming your project, thus I love that it has two batteries. This is ideal because it will assist my son in starting a YouTube channel. The camera is small, lightweight, and even comes with a strap. Although it has a tripod so you don't have to physically hold it if you don't want to, it is comfortable to hold for extended periods of time due to the lightweight. The camera features a screen so you can see what you are filming and is highly user-friendly. Another benefit is that it has zoom so you can view farther away distances. You can modify settings using menus to suit your tastes. The videos may easily be taken and watched on a bigger screen, which is what I personally like to do. It's also a terrific idea to capture family movies and films because kids and families change and grow so quickly. In the future, it will be enjoyable to laugh at how we were in the past.

Camera is ok, video quality is good for what you pay but buttons on camera a very cheap and do not function all the time. I have to press the "record" button about 5 times before it starts recording and same thing to stop. The built in wifi is very spotty and does not work as advertised so expect to manually extract videos via SD card to your hard drive. Camera feels like it will break after one bad drop so you have to be careful. Other than those issues camera does work as intended and is great for the price. Just know you get what you pay for.
