I was hoping this one would be a good find in automatic litter boxes. It does work, however, as you can see in the pictures the litter is piled up on the one side because after dumping the poop it rotates back to the original starting position but it doesn't rotate back far enough to level out the litter. I've been in contact by email with someone in China whom claims to be a tech support person .apparently they are not. I've done explained the issue several times and I keep getting the run around, there's a problem with the drum positioning sensor or a problem with the app that commands the unit to return the litter to a level position after the poop is dumped, as you can see in the pictures the litter is not covering the floor mesh in the bottom of the drum because when it stops most of the litter is on other side of the rake separator. Other than the re-leveling issue it works, but unfortunately I'm gonna to have to return the item for a refund because vevor technician doesn't know how to resolve the problem. Here's an update, I removed the hood so I could watch it cycle and discovered that cat urine accumulating on the bottom of the drum, it's leaking... so yep I'm returning for a refund. ... show more

So far so good! See a lot of people complaining about errors. Haven’t had any that I couldn’t fix. I have 2 robot litter boxes. I have a furmate and then this one. Both of which have had a random error atleast once. BUT a simple unplug or making sure there isn’t to much litter in the unit has fixed it. Have had it for a couple months and I have 4 cats and this one is there favorite and has worked flawlessly! Haven’t had any cleaning issues and I don’t have any bad smells coming from it! So far I have no complaints. I will update and anything happens in the future with this one! ... show more

Horrible product. Does not work. Connected and attempted to auto clean but the drum just keep rotating until there is a system error. Same results when performing a manual cleaning with the button or app. Not worth the money spent. Will be returning.

I’ve been struggling to find a good litter robot but honestly this one works so well. Its bigger than I thought but it’s perfect cus I have 3 cats and they love it. The led light changes color and it works well on my phone. A lot of other litter robots had reviews where the cats would get stuck in them when it moved and I haven’t had that problem even though my cats love to try to go inside when it moves the sensor works so fast and pauses what’s it’s doing. It cleans so well I forget to put the deodorizer in there sometimes, great for the price. ... show more

    • Not easily cleaned
The liter box is not easily cleaned. The app that you clean it with is simple to use but the liter box doesn't always work you end up having to either reset or clean it, it always stops working when I push the clean button.

    • Doesn't work
It will not work at all in auto and when you push the clean button in manual mode it just spins until a fault occurs. You then have to reset and hope I'd doesn't spin backwards and dump all of the good litter. I would try a different brand.
