I was hoping this one would be a good find in automatic litter boxes. It does work, however, as you can see in the pictures the litter is piled up on the one side because after dumping the poop it rotates back to the original starting position but it doesn't rotate back far enough to level out the litter. I've been in contact by email with someone in China whom claims to be a tech support person .apparently they are not. I've done explained the issue several times and I keep getting the run around, there's a problem with the drum positioning sensor or a problem with the app that commands the unit to return the litter to a level position after the poop is dumped, as you can see in the pictures the litter is not covering the floor mesh in the bottom of the drum because when it stops most of the litter is on other side of the rake separator. Other than the re-leveling issue it works, but unfortunately I'm gonna to have to return the item for a refund because vevor technician doesn't know how to resolve the problem. Here's an update, I removed the hood so I could watch it cycle and discovered that cat urine accumulating on the bottom of the drum, it's leaking... so yep I'm returning for a refund.

So far so good! See a lot of people complaining about errors. Haven’t had any that I couldn’t fix. I have 2 robot litter boxes. I have a furmate and then this one. Both of which have had a random error atleast once. BUT a simple unplug or making sure there isn’t to much litter in the unit has fixed it. Have had it for a couple months and I have 4 cats and this one is there favorite and has worked flawlessly! Haven’t had any cleaning issues and I don’t have any bad smells coming from it! So far I have no complaints. I will update and anything happens in the future with this one!

Update: absolute garbage!!! I bought it in December, set it up mid January and it started goofing up in April. That's alot of money to spend for it to only last 4 working months. I never sprayed anything on it to clean it, just used cleaning Wipes and paper towels to dry, and the unit is in a well ventilated area inside my house kept at 72°-75° so there's no reason for it not to work properly unless it was bad to start!!! I bought this because I am planning to be out of town for a few days and I have a few cats, so I figured that it was a no-Brainerd. I set the machine up exactly as the directions said, I downloaded the app and good thing I did because if I didn't check the machine every now and then it would stay full. Even though I've got the settings set for automatic, ughhh it's frustrating. And why and the heck does my cats urine end up outside of the box ??? Who knows, I don't lol

I was worried my hind leg amputee cat would not be able to get in and out easily without making a mess. I am very happy to report it is not very messy. She did need a step stool to access it, but once she figured out how to get in and out she is a fan. I like that it has a manual mode, this really helped with teaching her not to be terrified of it. On the down side the weight feature is not the best. Sometimes it says my cat weighs 2 pounds and other times 6, according to the vet she weighs 7-8 pounds. Overall as a litter Box it’s fantastic

The liter box is not easily cleaned. The app that you clean it with is simple to use but the liter box doesn't always work you end up having to either reset or clean it, it always stops working when I push the clean button.
