My last digital thermometer could not be shut off. It would just sit there not being used with the display on until it decided to turn itself off. I always hated that. This one turns off when you fold the probe closed. It is easy to use, attractive, and accurate as far as I can tell. Great design, great color!

Now I get that is probably my brain not being orderly, I'm pretty old. But I do get a reading which shows quickly, is easy to see and the numbers are large enough for old eyes to see. I think it's a good product, certainly is sturdy enough, and I'm sure I'll figure out right from left soon. Definitely a good buy.

I needed a food thermometer for making homemade yogurt but didn't want to spend very much. This thermometer is exactly what I was looking for. I use it for checking liquid temps for making bread, yogurt and for checking my meat temperature too. It is so quick compared to my old dial one I used to have. Also love that I can stick it to my fridge with the built in magnet. It seems to be accurate and does the job. Good thermometer without having to spend a lot.
