I use this for frying and grilling it is very accurate to help predict the quality of a reverse seared steak or a juicy deep fried turkey. Very easy to pair to a Bluetooth android phone. Alarms are very persistent where the limits are individually set and named. I like the historical graphs the app produces. The corded probes are a little to get used to but they are durable and keep working. Overall I like using this to get the best idea where the meat temperature is on a real time demand basis. Four input options are plenty to keep an accurate idea of what external and internal factors are involved to creating a snack or an entree in real time. Enjoyable product.

My first time using it and works as intended. App is easy to set up and has great features. Bluetooth is great, I am on a second floor and smoker is in the backyard and I can monitor the temps. Also the temp/time alarms are great if not actively monitoring. Device can be free standing, hung or it has a great built in magnet. The probes and cords are of decent length. Overall all a quality user friendly product.

Bottom line: I love these things and they have made me feel like an expert griller though in reality I am an advanced beginner. My setup(s): I have a Weber Go Anywhere Charcoal and a Weber Master Touch charcoal grill. Got a smaller ThermoPro with just to probes for the GA when I was living in an apartment; got this one for the kettle when I moved to a house. (Loved the first ThemoPro but needed more probes and wanted wireless so I could move away from the grill on long cooks. Keeping the first one for indoor use.) I don't know what I would do without these thermometers when it comes to grilling steaks to just the right doneness, or making sure fish or poultry are properly cooked. These things are a godsend. Get each steak done just the way you want it. Know when your smoked chicken is cooked and safe. No more estimating. Now you don't guess, you KNOW. I upgraded because I wanted bluetooth and the app. More on bluetooth below. The app is quite good IMO. It lets you track the temperature on each probe with a graph (see how fast your meat is heating, watch temperature fluctuations inside your grill or smoker, etc.). I have only just started using the kettle as a smoker. I had trouble controlling the temperature — but this unit kept me apprised off when I needed to widen or narrow the vents. It also did a great job with meat temperature, as always. My criticisms are minimal. First, bluetooth is bluetooth. Meaning that it's great if you are near the unit and have direct line of sight, but it's not so great going through walls. I grill in the back,z behind the house, and I can't get the bluetooth signal in the front of the house. That's just a limitation of bluetooth but it makes me wish I'd gotten a WiFi unit instead. Second, while this has a retractable tab with a hole for hanging it on... something? (somewhere on the grill I guess), my previous ThermoPro had a magnet as well as hole for a hook. I'm sure the difference is that the housing on the older one is steel, while the new one is plastic, so it can't be exposed to as much heat. But you are sort of on your own to figure out where to hang it/put it. I am thinking that this would be a great combination with a temperature controller like a Pitmaster BBQ IQ, though you'd need to have two probes monitoring the ambient temperature, one from the ThermoPro and one from the controller, to get the benefit of both. That could take up a lot of space on the grate. Or you could spring for a much more expensive, networked, wireless-enabled controller with its own app. Maybe someday. Right now, this works just fine.

I have been using this thermometer for the last 7 months (purchased it around June-2025) and very happy with the accuracy and easy to use. Have been using it to mostly to do mostly rib eyes and lamp chop (medium rare) . PS: Something to keep an eyes on is after use please put it inside a dry place in the house right away because it is very susceptible to moisture in the air. I guess the seal of the device is not that great. I made a mistake of leave it out in the patio in a few hours and the moisture get in it make it malfunction (it will beep and show error message). I also have to give the company an A+ for taking care of customer (I sent them an email regarding this and they sent me the replacement right away). I have been using both Thermo Pro and Meater. Thermo pro is much more accurate reading temparature.

This thermometer is amazing. With 4 thermometers you can keep an eye on every type of meat you are cooking and the grill temperature as well. I have a 22 Weber grill and I've smoked 3 briskets, a few tri tips and a pork butt using the thermometer. The app needs a little work I think but it's easy to set an alarm for a specific temperature or if the temperature goes above or below a specific temperature. You can create your own profiles for temperature. The alarm on the device itself is pretty loud.i have to mute it at night when smoking. It also has a backlight on the device itself if you don't have access to the app. The only knock I have on the app is that you cannot multi-task. If you switch to another app for me it losed connection sometimes and the temperature graph gets restarted on when you got reconnected. Wish there was a way to save your history and graphs. Overall great product and would recommend to anyone

Buy it. Makes cooking steaks and other grilled items so easy. We use it in the oven too for things like chicken. Connects easily with Bluetooth for notifications to the phone. Easily readable. Has orange back light or no back light depending on if you have touched a button or not. Good value and we use it ALL the time. I would recommend this for anyone who grills or bakes meat.
