I would have given this 1/4 of a star for packing, but Amazon makes me give it one star. I had high hopes for this product, 4 probes that can tell me the temp of my item I’m smoking, as well as the temp inside the smoker, great, what can go wrong? I don’t need to mess with wires, it’s a plus. Worked well out of the box, connected properly, smoked 4 turkey breast for 6 hrs, did a great job. I cleaned the probes off, charged them, got them ready for Thanksgiving. Stuck two in my turkey. They worked well for 1 hr, then I lost connectivity to the probe in the breast, my thigh probe kept reading the same temp and was stuck on the app and in the block. There is no way to reset the block when it’s frozen. I tried everything to trouble shoot it and figured I should let the battery run out on the block and maybe restart the whole system, but I thought to myself, why did I pay $350 for a thermometer that worked only once. The more reviews I’ve read about this product in some cooking forums, the more I realized, it’s junk. I sent mine back, and have no desire to get another one. Stay away from this

I got this for my husband and he loves them. They work great and they are highly durable and high quality. The app work amazing. The only downside is the the base has to be really close to where you are using them. Would highly recommend them .
