Although there are cheaper knock-offs out there, I decided to stick with the name brand for the Veken filters. I noticed that a lot of reviews for this other filters complained about them not actually fitting properly. And if this is something my pup is using multiple times a day, EVERY day, I didn’t want to mess around. White filters are great. However, after taking apart & cleaning 2/week, refilling, trying to figure out why the flow was just drops, I finally figured out the black sponge was blocking the flow, so I just took it out & now the water flows great! I do still clean the entire unit once a week.
