Super cute, easy to assemble, easy to clean, which is very important. The filters seem kind of flimsy to me, but I just change them more often than I probably should. Love the nightlight option and the fact that it alerts you when the water is low. Also really like that you have three different ways. You can use it as a fountain. Of course my cat ignores it half the time and makes me give him a brand new water bowl like all the other fountains I’ve gotten lol but I would still say it’s a good purchase. ... show more

I absolutely love this fountain. My cats love drinking from flowing water but I've had a hard time finding a quiet motor to the fountain probably due to plastic parts vibrating but this fountain is totally quiet I hear no hum from the motor so it's not driving me crazy. I do love the sound of running water and the only way to have that sound is to remove the filters and filter tray so that the water makes a lovely trickling sound.     • Dime a dozen design that my cat hates
First off- I got it with all the parts assembled and I used it the way it arrived. But later in find in the manual that it requires basic assembly - at least to screw down the motor etc. This makes me believe that I got a returned item. Now for the product itself. - It is odd that the motor runs 24/7. I didn't think of it much at the time of purchase, but I do not agree that there has to be continous rotation of the water. In fact, there are a 100 fountains like these from China doing the exact same thing. The constant churn in the water reduces the water quality and increases its temperature. When it gets moderately lukewarm, the pets do not drink from it. - The filtration system is really basic, like all other fountains that Amz sells. It's drip down filtration catches some dirt. But there is no filtration at suction..at the motor. So, if dirt gathers for whatever reason (and I assure you, it will and has) the motor picks up, feeds it through fountain for an entire cycle before the filter catches it. Being that the motor is not powerful - debris starts accumulating at the bottom, which is gross. I had to start cleaning it every couple of days - first to reduce the water temperature and then to clean debris. - There is a cavity for motor wiring, which makes it prone for other organisms to go through it ...I've seen ants, roaches and what else not. It's a zoo in there after a week and my cat has stopped drinking from it now. Overall, poor design. And ensures that your pet will not have fresh water for the entire duration of humans not changing it. The constant flow is a downside. I had to periodically put in ice cubes to keep the water cool, but that only works for a while. Cheaply made. But it is $20. Enough aggravation already. ... show more

It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The cats took to it immediately. It' super easy to clean and stays cleaner than a water bowl. The reservoir is large and because of the carbon filter, it doesn't have to be refilled as often. The red lights will let you know. The only draw back so far is small kittens have difficulty drinking because of its height. But they will grow! Love it! ... show more

Love this filtered water fountain for our cats, they love it. It keeps water fresh and filtered, after you get used to taking it apart, very easy to clean and fill with new water, it runs 24 by 7 and change the filters every few weeks. Our cats have a couple of water stations and they love this one the best, I see them drinking from it frequently. Best thing to get your fur babies! ... show more

Worked and looked great for about one year. Pump stopped working and that's it. Otherwise I'd have rated it higher had it lasted long.
