Good value, easy installation, great customer service
Color: Oil Rubbed Bronze
Easy to install, love the multiple code option, programming was very easy as well. I had issues with the reversal of the handle (it would not lock in place after using the release pin), I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new item immediately, it was fantastic! And then I got a lovely follow up inquiry from Kiara, would recommend!

Great value for the price point
Color: Oil Rubbed Bronze
This seems to be a good choice if you're looking for a keyless deadbolt and handle set without any WiFi functions. I would not expect to see it on the door of Fort Knox but the quality of construction seems reasonable for the price point. The styling, fit and finish looks cosmetically good. The installation was pretty easy and typical of what you might expect with a change of locks of any type. Degree of difficulty probably depends more on the condition of your old door and how well the old hardware was installed than anything else. Here are a few tips that might make it go easier for you: Make sure the deadbolt remains unlocked during the install process. When installing the strike plate be sure to test its best position so that the dead bolt will pass thru the strike plate and into the frame without any resistance. Once you install the strike and if it is "off" a little bit it can be hard to correct once the holes are drilled and screws in. i made this mistake and had to file down one edge of the strike plate down a little bit to get good clearance. Maybe your old strike plate will be the same size as the new one but in my case it was missing an old strike plate completely. The programming steps may have you scratching your head a little bit at first until you get the hang of it. Mistakes i made were to miss key the new master code starting out. No need to panic. If you make a mistake it is easy to re-set it to the factory state so you can start over and try again. i had to do that 2 or 3 times until I got the hang of how it works. I felt that was my fault for not following the directions close enough. I have only had it for one day so i can't speak to its durability so time will tell. Back up key is good peace of mind in case something does go wrong with the electronics. I liked it well enough to buy a second one for another door.

The install is no joke.
Color: Oil Rubbed Bronze
Okay. I purchased 2 of these in order to change the locks on a new home my husband and I bought. Let me start out by saying I love the way these look on our door and I am very pleased with the way they are working so far. Overall, the install was a beast. The instructions were really clear on some parts, not very clear at all on others. I thought I knew what it was saying, and then I would start doing it, and then it wouldn't work...I had to re-read a couple different times in order to interpret correctly. My husband and I took turns on being confused. So is it user error? Probably. But my gosh. It was a labor of love. Overall, it took us around 5 hours total to install 2 of these locks (we also have an older home where previous owners looked to have also botched exterior door knob install lol so we had to finagle some things). But it's SUPER easy to both lock and unlock the doors. I've been wanting to have the additional security these types of locks sans the need for a key and this has done it! Will update if things change!

GOOD PRODUCT FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE!
Color: Matte Black
The lock sets were very easy to install and the programing of the touch pads was vry straight forward even for an old non tech guy! The keys on one package of five i ordered was left off then the package was assembled but a text back to Amazon was answered quickly and their agent IsaBella went out of her way, even calling me to speed up the replacement parts! Too bad other service departments are not blessed with people like IsaBella for if they were the world would run much more smoothly!

Great product and great customer service
Color: Matte Black
We love our keyless entry door lock! It works amazing and I can’t believe we didn’t purchase it sooner! I do want to take a moment to recognize Veise customer service. We had an issue with the original product sent to us through Amazon, and after contacting the company’s customer service, we were fortunate enough to speak with George. He was absolutely amazing! From the beginning, George was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. He took the time to walk us through troubleshooting the problem over the phone and genuinely tried to help us get the product working. Once it became clear that the product was defective, he immediately knew what needed to be done and made the replacement process incredibly easy. George was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly cared about making sure we were taken care of. He guided us through the process quickly, and before we knew it, we had a replacement product that was installed and working wonderfully. He even followed up to make sure we received the product and that it was working properly. We truly appreciate George’s help and the excellent experience he provided. Thank you George for going above and beyond!
