The media could not be loaded. I hear a lot of bad things come out of buying renewed items. This is the second renewed item I’ve bought off Amazon and it works just fine. The iPad DID need an update which of course it would. It DID come with only 1% battery life which is fine. The quality was what I was expecting, perfect. For the value of getting a renewed item, it’s worth every penny. The appearance didn’t have any scratches. After updating the iPad, it was a smooth user experience. It works excellent. Good quality and no scratches. It came 50% battery and it been 2 hrs and it’s 32%. It came with a small charger with no cube so have one prepared. Volume is very loud.

    • Purchased a premier refurb and the battery wouldn’t charge

Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for an upgraded premier refurbished iPad Air and when it arrived loosely packed in a basic amazon box with a sub-par charging cable (already disappointing), I plugged it in to quickly discover it wouldn’t hold a charge. (The battery indicator remained red after two hours of being plugged in.) This issue remained despite using another charging cable. Needless to say, I had to return the item which required driving it to Whole Foods and waiting weeks for my credit card to be refunded (which still hasn’t officially happened).
