This product took sharpie right off plastic. I used it on the walls but it only made the sharpie more full. It started to strip the wall paint though.

    • Best Non-Flammable Cleaner
This is absolutely a great product for cleaning permanent marker, gel pen and glue residue. I was looking for a fast acting non-flammable cleaner to clean up years of permanent marker writing on MCCs at my work. The result was surprisingly fast as initially I was doubting it since it was a solvent based cleaner. Its smell is not at all bothering like general paint stripper kind product. Few observations: Its effectiveness it highly dependent on which surface its being used on, irrespective of stain type you are trying to clean. On polished or powdered coated surfaces, such as electrical panel, lockers etc. it works very well. But on some plastics, especially flexible ones such, as electrical conduits, and some rough surfaces like dry wall or cinder blocks, it did not work that great and smother the strain then cleaning. So make sure to try on a smaller area first. In my personal experience, I would use it for cleaning all the polished surfaced without fearing of damaging surface paint, but I will not use to for something like graffiti. For that you need paint stripper or something with volatile solvent based product. ... show more

    • Works great for my use
I run a business that uses prox cards (also got here on Amazon) to log members into exercise machines. The cards have an adhesive label with the member name. When I need to recycle a card, there is sticky residue left after removing the label. This stuff makes it super easy to clean the cards up!

The products works ok. It was unable to get chalk pen that hadn’t been cleaned for a few months off of a chalkboard, but it did get some other stains up for me. Unfortunately, the way Amazon shipped this was awful. They attached a long strip of sticker along the neck of the bottle where the top screwed on and the cap sat. I had to use scissors to get it loose and even then as soon as I tried to take the lid off the sticker popped off and the bottle fully opened spilling half of the cleaner right onto my shoes. Total fail. I’ve received other cleaning products with just a plastic bag covering them sealed shut with a sticker and I would rather that. ... show more

    • Really works but hard stain difficult
Small packet but very effective on light stains but had a hard time to clear hard stains. Applied a lot of spray but in vain. Recommended on light marks but not on dark and difficult ones.

MY DAUGHTER DECIDED OUR WHITE COUCH NEEDED SOME ART WITH HER RED MARKER. TO SAY IT WASNT THE STYLE I WAS LOOKING FOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. WHILE I APPRECIATE HER CREATIVITY THE STAIN WAS AWFUL. I THOUGHT WELL WE NEED A NEW COUCH UNTIL I TRIED THIS PRODUCT. MY COUCH IS BACK TO BRAND NEW. IT DOES REQUIRE A LITTLE EFFORT TO RUB IT OUT, BUT IT REMOVES STAINS LIKE A CHAMP.
