Great budget lock! We have had a touchpad Quikset deadbolt for many years that finally gave out. I think 10+ years of my boys yanking on it was finally enough. It thought it was locked when it was unlocked and vice versa. It had a good run. Thank you for your service. I shopped around a bit and wanted something secure but simple, high tech but affordable...and this Eufy seemed to fit the bill. We used to have an automatic vacuum from Eufy and it worked like a champ. So I had some brand familiarity and comfort with Eufy. This was a super easy install. It doesn't come with a full instruction manual so you have to scan a QR code to get to it. No biggy. It was all super intuitive and everything worked as stated. I did have to chisel out the recess where the deadbolt itself sits in the side of the door. But that was no biggy. Five minutes with a hammer and chisel after making a new outline with a pencil. Wifi integration was a snap through the app and so far everything is great. I've got it integrated with my google home and it seems to be running perfectly. Thanks Eufy for another great product!

I’m a big fan of eufy products in general, and I’ve had a few struggles in the past with fingerprint locks not being consistent. I needed something reliable for one of my Airbnb units, and this smart lock came in at a great price point. I’ve had it installed for about 6 months now, and it’s been working really well. Setup was pretty straightforward, and so far, no issues with access or connectivity. It’s held up great with guest use, which is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this for anyone managing short-term rentals or just looking for a solid smart lock at a reasonable price.

I had a pretty bad allergic reaction that made me stay in the hospital for a few hours and no one had the keys to my apartment to keep an eye on my dogs. Decided to get this just in case I had another incident of the sort. Ordered it from Amazon and it never arrived but I ended up getting it in person and it has been the best purchase I've ever made. The set up was easy, the lock functions well and it looks fancy. Only downside that it has is that it doesn't have battery included. However, I bought the rechargeable batteries and the battery last for almost 3 weeks. Im 27, live by myself, and I was able to install it without help.

Installation was very easy. Instructions are pretty simple and the video is easy to follow. I have had no issues with connectivity even for my lock in the garage. The app is really simple to use as well. I bought two of these locks. So far I’ve only had to replace the batteries once in a 2 month period in my most frequently used door. The less frequently used door I’ve had to replace the batteries once after about 3 months. Definitely recommend purchasing rechargeable batteries. They have stopped me from worrying about having batteries and the cost of them.

If you are tired of your adhd husband leaving the front door unlocked when he leaves for work before the sun comes up, this will solve all your problems. I no longer wake up angry and ready to start an argument about him inviting robbers in the house while I sleep. I was able to set up auto lock for the hours I know that he would be leaving and arriving home. Features I love are that you can unlock it remotely from anywhere (great for letting house sitters in and out), you can set up codes for all members of the family so you know who unlocked the door and at what time, you can set up notifications for when it was unlocked (perfect for toddlers that want to run for the horizon as soon as you close the bathroom door). The only complaint I have is that the battery life is lacking. In 4 months we have had to change the batteries twice already and this thing takes a lot of batteries!

This is a mixed bag. I've had 2 of these for a little over a month now. One on the front door and one on the back door. Ironically, the back door sees more use and traffic than the front door. That said, the front door has already killed a set of batteries. I used a set when I first installed it and it was dead within 2 days. Thinking maybe I used not so fresh batteries, I installed another fresh set. We are not even at 6 weeks and those are dead. The back door still shows its at full battery life. So one works great and the other does not I guess. So take the reviews with a grain of salt on battery life because so far my results are 50/50. Other than that, Installation is easy if you have installed a door lock or two. Setup in app takes a second but works. Interface is pretty simple and straight forward, set up wifi. Firmware updates. Set up a few pass codes. And set your auto lock feature, etc. Overall im pleased with their quality. I wish there was a more straight forward answer on how to re-key them so I can get all my locks to match a set of keys. That hasn't been figured out yet, but I also havent had the time to look into it. But next I will be looking into replacing the battery hog.
