The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had this Modular Sectional Cloud Couch for about a week, but I’m already so happy with the purchase. Delivery was smooth and the no-assembly compression design made setup incredibly easy. It expanded nicely and was ready to use without any complicated instructions or tools. Within a short time, it fluffed up beautifully and looked exactly like the photos. The comfort is what really stands out. The memory foam is soft and cozy but still supportive, so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too much. It’s perfect for lounging, movie nights, and even quick naps. We live in a compact home with several kids, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much this couch seems to absorb sound. Since adding it to our living room, the space feels less echoey and noisy. When my younger ones are napping and the toddlers are awake and running around, it helps soften the chaos. Nap time has definitely been more peaceful. It’s also very sturdy. Even with daily use and kids climbing on it, the structure feels solid and well-made. The dark grey color is beautiful, modern, rich, and goes with everything. Plus, the washable covers are a huge bonus for families. That feature alone gives me peace of mind. Customer support has also been great, responsive and helpful, which always makes a difference. Even though it’s only been a week, this couch absolutely delivers on comfort, style, and practicality. NOTE: The video is of my kicking the couch (quite aggressively) and it not moving. The media could not be loaded. My wife and I bought this cloud couch online without seeing it in person, and we’d never had a modular or foam sofa before. We wanted a roomier upgrade, and we're so glad we did! The dark gray color matches the pics perfectly, and the fabric feels amazing. It came in 3 easy-to-carry boxes, with no need to remove doors or struggle with awkward lifting. Just cut the vacuum seal, wait 72 hours for it to fully expand, and you're done! Zero assembly involved. After fully expanding, it really is pure comfort: plush, high-density foam that’s supportive but not saggy. I’m 6’+ and can stretch out on 3 modules easily. I’m obsessed with the flexibility. I can rearrange it into any shape or configuration I want. The fabric is super soft, and the included pillows are great. The best part? It converts to a sofa bed in minutes with no fuss, just a cozy spot for guests and is way better than our old air mattress. Each module move easily, but stay put when lounging, so they never slide apart. We’ve had 8 people on it at once and everyone was very comfortable. I’m tough on furniture but this feels durable. Couch is super comfortable The size is perfect and with the flexibility of the ways to set it up makes it perfect for any room. One negative is that it isn't like a traditional couch with a wood frame so I've noticed the arms are leaning away from the seat and I'm afraid with time this may become an issue. It looks great but like other people have stated animals nails can snag the fabric but a cover can stop that. But for the price the quality is on par. ... show more

Absolutely a great buy! Super easy to unpac,k popped right up, super comfy, sturdy, love the color, nice and big, light weight, and it was not too low to the ground I put a sheet over it so my dog doesn't get hair on it so don't mind the sheets in the picture.

Couch is pretty ok. Its not a $5k couch but would buy again. Comfy but definitely needs more pillows. If its not pushed up against the wall, the back wont hold up a person leaning back. It will fold backwards. The back is also a bit short but over all, would buy again. Been holding up well.

Perfect, just what I have been looking for. I searched the Internet for many hours if not days to find the right ottoman for our front room, which by the way is actually for my little dog, look out the window. The material is better than I expected very comfortable and solidly made.
