The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive in buying this as it was a decent chunk of money and I didn't recognize the brand. However I decided that it was worth the risk in order to break up my sedentary routine. I ended up pairing it with a standing desk, also from Amazon. The walking pad is already assembled when it arrives so you don't have to worry about putting things together. All you have to do is plug it in, flip the switch, and use the remote to start it. The pad is very smooth (no random jumping/skipping/pausing) and easy to use with the remote that comes with it. The speeds are perfect for walking while working. I will say that I can't use this all the time. It's fine if I'm writing an email or something where my hands are steady on the keyboard, but trying to do anything with a mouse quickly becomes difficult as your arm sort of bounces around due to the movement of walking. However it's easy enough to just pause the walking pad. Make sure you have good shoes on, just like a regular treadmill! I have to move the pad around in order to swap between this and a chair. The pad is decently heavy, and I have to bend over to move it, so if you have back problems and anticipate swapping this out regularly this might not be for you. Also the pad is thinner than a regular treadmill so your feet may catch on the sides sometimes, but not often. Overall I'm really enjoying the feeling of getting off my rear and exercising while working my desk job. The prices is great for the quality.     • Good walking pad, guard the remote with your life

It works well and isn’t too noisy, but my dog chewed up the remote to it and now it is completely unusable. It can be turned on without the remote but that is all. There’s no way to order a separate remote so it’s basically just an expensive paperweight now. :( UPDATE: Customer support was able to sort of help me find the remote! The model I have has two different remotes depending on if it’s bluetooth enabled. This is confusing because my model has a light with the bluetooth symbol on it but I have never used an app with it, so I had to take a 50/50 shot. $40 is expensive for a remote, so be careful with yours! ... show more

I have been using my walking pad/ treadmill for a couple months now. I specifically looked closer at this one while shopping as a coworker recommended the brand based on her own experience. It was very easy to get started, it's easy to move from under my desk to under the bed when I want it out of the way (light weight, and has rollers on the front). It really makes a difference in my energy level and my hip and back pain to be more active during the work day. I work from home and am on the computer and the phone all day - so this was a great addition to my adjustable desk as I was already trying to stand more often. I've been able to do a slow walk while typing and/or talking just to get moving -- or even bump it up to get my heart rate up and get exercise while listening in on a teams meeting! It's not very loud, and I haven't had to place anything under it on my wood floors. I have nothing to compare to - but I like that this one had the "shock absorbers" and I feel like it makes a difference. ... show more

    • Frustrating experience

I’ve had this thing sitting under my bed for a few months and I finally decided I was going to use it today. I’ve used it one time since I first got it, and apparently I took too big a step on it back then and put a crack in the front of the walking board that lays under the actual tread. It makes an annoying sound and feeling whenever I walk over the crack and it makes me not even want to use it. For reference, I’m only 165 pounds. Considering my extremely average weight, there is no way that I am heavy enough to crack something that is meant to be walked on. I don’t take particularly heavy steps and I did not run or jog on it. Additionally, the tread falls out of alignment very easily. I tried lubricating it and adjusting the tightness on the left and right side about a dozen times before I finally gave up. Even if no one is actually walking on the pad, it drags the tread into the right side of the walkway and it starts screeching as the rubber rubs against the plastic. The product looks very nice and the remote works well. There’s just some issues with its structure, I think. I’m frustrated because I don’t know if I actually caused the damage or if it was damaged during delivery. It’s definitely been too long for me to return it. It would be pretty hard to return something this big in the first place. ... show more
