Conflicted. Edit: NEVERMIND Edit PT.2: buying again
Color: White H510
I have been eye-balling these cuties for the longest! Finally caved and bought them when my x box ones started messing up. Wanted to test these out for a bit and while I do love them the mic seems to have a small issue??? Not sure it it's my fault or if they were just messed up from the beginning. I never really move my mic so I didn't notice this until one of my buddies pointed out the static. Wish I would have known before I threw out the box. Edit: I was contacted by someone from the company and they were so kind and helpful! They helped me troubleshoot the product and since we couldn't find a solution they sent me a replacement. I've had the replacement for a few days now and everything is working great!! My main conflict was the fact that the headset sounded sooooo good but the mic was problematic, now that the mic issue is resolved, I am completely in love. They are SO cute, so comfortable, the audio quality is excellent, and the mic is loud and clear! So happy with my purchase! Edit PT 2: Over a year later with HEAVY use, my babies finally called it quits... Kinda. They still sound AMAZING and are in GREAT shape, my mic just cuts out every now and then and I sound distant apparently. It may be my controller tbh but going to hold off on buying a new one for now. As for this head set, they are so incredibly comfortable and have such great quality and have lasted me wayyy longer than any other headset I've owned previously. I'm not going to lie, I've fallen asleep with these on more than a few times and they still are working so well it's insane. The more I think about it, the more I think my controller is the problem since I use these on my phone and don't get any complaints about the mic quality. Either way I'm ordering a new pair soon just to have them once my back up pair gives out. I miss the comfort of gaming with these and the sound quality too much! It's me again: years later- I've converted my life long gamer friend into a red dragon headset lover. He bought the red and black ones and says the quality is amazing and they're the most comfortable fit he's ever had since they're so lightweight. I've since bought a second pair to have for my desk top and the others stay with my x box. Downloaded the software for my desk top and it is so easy and simple to use and everything sounds great with the USB wire (which is so much longer than the audio jack cable! Extra range is a big plus!)

So comfy!
Color: White H510
I am absolutely thrilled with this white and pink gaming headset! The design is gorgeous—sleek white with soft pink accents that give it a stylish and modern feel. It’s the perfect blend of functionality and flair, making it a standout accessory for any gaming setup. The sound quality is fantastic—crystal-clear highs, deep bass, and an immersive surround sound experience that really enhances gaming, movie-watching, or even music listening. The microphone is clear and picks up my voice without any distortion, making it perfect for multiplayer games or voice chats. Comfort is another standout feature. The cushioned ear cups and adjustable headband ensure a perfect fit for long gaming sessions without any discomfort. Plus, the build is sturdy but lightweight, so it doesn’t feel heavy on my head. Overall, this headset combines style, comfort, and top-notch performance—an amazing value for anyone who wants a reliable, fashionable gaming accessory. I highly recommend it!

Audio out of the box is way too loud
Color: White H510
The sound quality is good, style is cute, and it’s pretty comfortable, but on the lowest audio setting it is way too loud. They don’t have a driver for Mac and the one for pc doesn’t allow you to set it any lower. I was disappointed by this because I do not want to have to manually lower the audio for every single game I play. The audio also occasionally pops and cuts out like there’s an issue with the cord, which should not happen on a new pair of headphones. Update: The customer service was so nice and reached out to me to troubleshoot the problems I was having and even offered a partial refund which I sincerely appreciate. I will keep trying to get the headphones to work the way I want because they still are really nice.

Very loud and comfortable
Color: White H510
Amazing headset! I returned my BT Kraken Kitty headset and bought this instead and WOW the difference is humongous! For half the price you get so much more. I can't recommend this headset enough -- the cables are extremely nice and don't get tangled (I had a huge problem with my Steelseries headset cable constantly curling and holding its shape, it was extremely frustrating), it looks beautiful (white and pink with small gold accents for the port? gorgeous), the mic is removable and genuinely so good (Ive been told that I sound extremely clear when in Discord calls and while gaming), and is overall just the best headset I've ever owned, and the cheapest as well! Get this headset!! Side note: don't take the cup padding off, it's very difficult to get back on!

2 years in, still working great!
Color: White H510
(This review is made by the account owner's daughter.) I ordered my headset two years ago, and I use it for 12+ hours every day for gaming and music. I can probably count the days I havent used it on one hand. I've had to replace the cord only once because I was rough with the first cord. The sound is still amazing, the foam is still comfortable, they're lightweight and i can forget i'm even wearing them. As for sound quality, I've used headsets that are 10 dollars, and headsets that are 300 dollars. These sound nearly indistinguishable from the 300 dollar ones to me. Granted, im not one of those super picky audio people. The surround sound is amazing, and lets me pinpoint exactly where enemies are in video games in seconds with 100% accuracy, so that's a major plus. 10/10! The ONLY PROBLEM I have, is that the false leather fabric has torn to shreds. I've emailed support to see if I can order replacement earcups at the least, since they're removable for easy cleaning.

Detachable mic no longer working = bleeding ears
Color: White H510
Headphones worked great for a 1.5 years. Now the detachable mic causes EXTREME static for my friends listening. Comfy headset, just disappointed that yet another headset can’t even last me two years.

No one can hear me!
Color: White H510
I bought these headphones specifically because they stated that they could be used for the Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Switch, all that I own. I wanted good quality headphones that I could universally use both for gaming with friends or alone. The headphones did arrive earlier than expected and in good condition, which is not the issue. The first day I used them for my Xbox One, I could hear my friends, but they could not hear me. This is super disappointing as I bought them to use mostly on my consoles to speak with friends. I messaged Redragon via Amazon last night and have yet to hear from them. Will update my review if anything changes.

Notes on Compatibility
Color: White H510
Mac — All functions worked when plugging device into mac using USB. PS5 — I was skeptical because this headset does not mention being compatible with ps5. The headset was plugged into the PS5 in the back USB port. The mic quality sounded great for the price. Background noises were detected. Mute button works but controls do not. Great mic for PS5 but with limited functions. Cord must be plugged into the back using USB, so you will need to be close to the PS5. Dispite this I would definitely recommend. Design — The headset does feel cheap. It is very lightweight and made of plastic. The cord also is very cheap feeling, even though it is roped. Does this still make it a great headset? Yes, especially for the price. Ear pads did come slightly crushed, but they are comfortable. For the price you are getting a great headset.
