This product was great at first, but now the command strips that came with it won't hold the shelf against the wall. Likewise the tape on the clip that you are supposed to attach to your baby monitor is useless and does not hold. I'm amazed my monitor is not in pieces with the amount of times it's fallen. I do not recommend purchasing.

Really great product and durability. I was originally going to get a floating corner shelf but stumbled across this item and love that it uses the command strips, and that it’s angled and also that any monitor can fit in the shelf with one click. Super easy to “install” and I’m good to go now !

I was a little worried this wouldn't fit the camera that I had for my kids room. It comes with 2 adapters and one fit perfectly. I have an amcrest camera. I used the command strips that are made into the shelf instead of the screws since it seems to hold really well. I had the camera plugged in and made sure the view was where I wanted it before I stuck it in place. I moved a bookcase over to block the cord, but I highly recommend getting a cord cover if it's exposed because it can be a strangulation hazard. I will probably purchase another in the future. It works perfectly!

I was excited to buy this because we have the problem of not seeing a true top down core of the crib but rather more of a side view. There aren't any installation instructions so I used what I knew about 3m hooks and prepped my wall first with rubbing alchol. Peeled off backing and stuck that to the wall first, while velcroed to the stand still (to endure placement). However- the angle of the walls meeting (90degrees) doesn't meet the sides of the stand. Not sure how this was over looked. So one side is touching but the other is barely grabbing the Velcro. I didn't think this would be a problem since the box says it is flexible at the corner. It is NOT flexible in the least. So I could see older homes with slightly ascewed walls to have problems mounting this. It also would be nice- again- for directions in how to adhere or where to place the camera hooks to the camera itself. Great idea just needs more user guidance and more flexibility in the design to accommodate a secure and flush mount.

Amazing Company!...Amazing!...purchased this to hang our baby monitor...but the Camera sticky tape fell out. Called the company on a weekend, i.e. Sunday, and less than 24 hours James with Customer service calls me up and offers to send a replacement clip. This is what you call Customer Service!... Also - for folks that have issues with item sticking to the wall or camera. I have had ZERO issues with it sticking to the wall. That's because you HAVE to "Cure" the adhesive before placing on the wall. I.E. need to place the adhesive on surface for 24 hours before placing camera. The only reason I believe my Camera adhesive came out, was because I tinkered with it alot 2 months later, as opposed to the wall adhesive which is holding strong for past 8 months! But AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!, and a great product. You don't know what you have until its gone...we currently have the camera on another bedpost, because I can't hang it until the replacement clip comes in....and its horrible. Company is right you can't put the camera near the crib, because baby might grab the wires....So this product was amazing, and we NOW realize how important it was and well needed!

There's no reason to not love this thing if you hang it with screws. Skip the "useless" (my opinion only) 3M foam tape for hanging and go ahead and put some dang holes in your walls. Your going to be using a monitor for at least 3 years anyway. After that time, you (and your kid) will probably want to repaint anyway and you can choose to fix the holes then, or not and hang the monitor back up. This shelf holds our Samsung Brightview just fine. I can take some photos later if I remember, but the baby is asleep now and I am NOT fixing to possibly disturb her for you fine readers. Sorry. I used some washers to ensure more holding area for the shelf. I pretty much went overboard because them devious kiddos will attempt to destroy anything they can get their hands on. And though the cord is pretty hard for my child to reach, I wasn't going to take chances that she might eventually grab hold and and attempt to pull that camera down. Update Added photo. You cannot see the washer I placed on the backside of the shelf.

You're not seeing it wrong, yes it is mounted at a downward angle. There's no way to mount it as a flat level surface. It is mounted to the wall with command strips, but there is an option to mount it with screws. You have to provide your own screws. The way the monitor stays on the slanted surface, is that they provide a hook, that sticks to the bottom of your baby monitor and then slides into a little rectangular hole on the surface. I had to use tweezers to get the adhesive sticker off the back of the hook thing, to stick it to my monitor.
