I have mixed feelings about this review. As far as product it self love it awesome freezer. I can fit so much great size . I will however have to say we had some problems with getting the freezer. Some how there was two items with same tracking numbers and I received someone else's package and it was by far way to small to be a freezer after contacting shoppers and sellers my freezer was located and delivered the next day. But upon opening it to discover it was severely damaged.one corner was smashed very badly and the side was dented in as well to the point I felt it was damaged inside the lining. And of course the delivery person wants us to go there shipper before they can help .so we did and I can't tell you how incredibly helpful they where through out the whole ordeal.they got us a replacement freezer ASAP and it's beautiful thanks to there support team awesome.and it only took 5 days to receive my new freezer. ... show more

Love the flex feature! I bought two (one for frozen items and one for fresh) and am pleased with the functionality of both. The only problem is that it has no de-condensing mehcanism: in freeze mode, it grows thick layers of frost quickly, and in refridgeration mode it collects water under the drawer. Fortunately, my kids enjoy scraping "snow" out of the freezer and take turns drying up the water. ... show more

You can move it around as if it has no weight. You need to hold on to its body when opening the door or it will move together with the door. However, it works perfectly well. Great Freezer! Would have gave it another star if it had a light. I upgraded from a 3.5 cf chest freezer. This seems to hold just a bit more because of all the shelves. However, the shelves are removable so you are able to fit whole turkeys in there. Arrived packed very well, no damage. Temp went down to -5 degrees in 70 mins. Freezer is very quiet. ... show more
