The media could not be loaded. I'm going to give a thorough review with lots of pics. I wasn't so sure about this couch before I bought it due to the lack of reviews, and I'm the kind of person that relies heavily on reviews before I buy anything. So hopefully this helps others. But this couch is perfect in every way- so comfortable, lots of storage (side pockets), good size cup holders, charging port, and versatility. I ordered this on a Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. It is heavy, but my husband was able to "roll" the box up the stairs by himself. It's in my library/office, and the perfect size for it. I wanted something I could lay down on (I tend to nap a lot in there), comfortably read in, and would fit me and my pets at the same time. This checks all of that. But also storage is important- I use all 6 side pockets to store snacks, remotes, kindle, charging cords, etc. And the charging port is the ultimate convenience. It does have 3 levels to lay down the backrest, and I tried them all when I first got it, but I've only kept it on the main upright level so far (and I've slept in the chair twice already while at this level). The couch is more on the firm side, you can't really sink into it. But I like that cause I think it's more durable that way and will hold up longer. I just added a bunch of soft pillows to sink into. Speaking on that, the only thing I'm not a fan of are the pillows that come with it... the covers are nice, but the inserts are garbage and barely fill out the cover. Do yourself a favor and just get 2 new pillow inserts (I use the Utopia Bedding inserts) for less than $25. Now for putting it together, which seems to be the biggest drawback in other reviews... my husband had no problem putting this together. He did it in just a little over an hour with very minimal help from me. With that said, use a power drill! Don't use the cheap wrench they provide. If you're skeptical about buying this couch, don't be! It really is so perfect and comfortable and sturdy. And the color matches the seller's photos. I love it except for just how difficult it is to put together. I had to call in several friends to help because of just how difficult it was to get the bolts/screws in with it being fuzzy around both holes. It took 3 people trying to get it to line up because they just wouldn't catch. It is incredibly comfortable and feels sturdy but definitely takes longer than the listed 30 minutes to assemble. ... show more

All of the reviews we read stated it was difficult to assemble but all were very positive about the loveseat so we ordered, reviews were correct not the easiest in the world to assemble but once you do it is all worth it. The loveseat is well made fabric is very nice and we are thrilled with this product. It is so easy to convert to the bed and fits great into a small space.
