When I told people I ordered a large refrigerator on Amazon, eyebrows were raised. That was totally unfounded. Everything went perfectly. I got delivery in just a few days, a delivery window of 3 hours, two great delivery guys, who kept me informed of their location and actual arrival. Nothing was damaged. The refrigerator is brilliant. We use a lot of fruit and veg and need a lot of refrigerator space for cook ahead meals too. I have a large freezer in the garage, so don't really need freezer space in the kitchen. Since my space is only 35" this fits perfectly. So far we’ve only had this up and running for 3 days. Works very well. It’s quite large, way larger than I was expecting but that’s great for us. When me and my husband were looking we wanted something big and when it showed up I was quite a bit shocked at how big it was but also please. We are using it in the kitchen as a full size fridge for now and it works great and has lots of room. We have an old full size freezer in the garage. I would love to replace it with one of these as well for the sheer size. I plan to wait a bit longer to make sure there are no issues with this one first and then we will probably buy a second one! This refrigerator/freezer. It’s one of the best things I have got for 2026 if anybody wanna get this freezer you will not regret getting it. It works good it doesn’t even make no noise. It’s so silent and it works perfect no ice accumulation or nothing one of the best.

    • Beautiful freezer but door was too hard to open.

Beautiful freezer and seemed to work ok but the door seemed to have a suction problem. Door was slightly difficult to open when we first opened it but became very difficult to open for some reason after the freezer temperature dropped. About half the time it wouldn't open and the other half the whole freezer slid when the door did open. As always, Amazon came through and took it back and sent us another one today. This one had other problems. Second Freezer a week later- Door opens fine but this freezer does not cool. We are waiting on a callback to see if it can be fixed or returned or just give up and buy a freezer from somewhere else. Had to return. Amazon reps could not get the company to respond or even answer their phone. Hopefully the return will go better. We had to go to another business to buy a freezer. ... show more

Received it a couple of months ago, and it's been great! Spacious, well built, gets down to -13F...no complaints at all. Just make sure you have a big door opening, cause it is very large, especially in height.

The item itself is awesome, and works great. The delivery however left a lot to be wanted. Unlike other large appliance deliveries all these people did was drop the product off.
