I had a slight problem getting it out of the delivery room in my apartment. I was dragging myself to my apartment, dragging myself down the sidewalk, when two young men came to my rescue. I am a 67-year-old lady, LOL. I got it onto my patio and set it up as directed. I have been using it, and love it!! It holds enough food for me, and it works perfectly. The media could not be loaded. No complaints. I received it Thursday, and it’s now Saturday—so it’s been over 48 hours, and the deep freezer works great. I tested the temperature by putting a water bottle inside, and after one hour it was semi-frozen. I could squeeze the bottle, break the ice inside, and still drink it 👍😊. I have the temperature set to 7 (the highest setting) since I plan on buying meats and freezing them for emergency food. The size is perfect for a small apartment. I got the 3.0 cubic feet chest freezer 👍 Also if you want to utilize the space inside the deep freezer, you can always take your meat out the packaging and put them into ziploc storage bags so you have more room for other meats and frozen veggies/frozen fruits oxo 💋 ☮️

If you just need a little extra freezer space this is perfect. I have mine in the garage and it allows my kitchen freezer to be well organized so I can see everything inside. The base is adjustable for leveling. Very happy with the size and functionality of this freezer.

Working fine and a good price. Be advised that the freezer finish is protected during shipping by a plastic film that must be removed before using. It took about a hour to get it all off which wasn't great.

The perfect deep freezer for a small apartment. It comes with a chisel and it scares you at first that you’re going to have to chisel some of the ice away from the side walls and the lid, but I’ve had this for months and I have never used the chisel. There is an adjustment setting on the bottom of the freezer so I’ve never had to chisel anything away. I highly recommend getting a mat made out of silicone for the bottom of the freezer to protect your floors, but other than that, this is perfect. It comes with two floating racks that sit on the top near the lid so it’s perfect for putting little ice cream cups or Popsicles in the baskets. No complaints here.

The freezer isn't big enough on my refrigerator. I make homemade food for my dogs, healthy frozen desserts for myself and buy other items in bulk. I realized I needed a second freezer. I did some research and bought this one. It's not too big and not too small. I thought I would have to keep it in the garage but it's small and inconspicuous enough to keep in the kitchen. It's easy to use, doesn't use a lot of energy and seals shut.

The media could not be loaded. Received this deep freezer on Feb. 18, 2026. The top of deep freezer has circular stains and smears as if something was sitting on top of it. I thought I would be able to wash the stain off. But, stains will not come off. Small dent on back of freezer. I’m hoping this freezer was not used. Meanwhile, deep freezer is working good.
