This is my 1st review because the reviews helped me so much and hope to help other ladies too. I ordered the denim and the white in XL and used the sizing chart...absolutely spot on! Fits me perfect, super comfy and I think really cute! And I'm a horrible self critic! I'm 5'9" and it's really hard to find shorts to fit good. I have a long torso and definitely some healthy back side.. Usually shorts are either too baggy or too tight (usually in the lady area where it will drive you nuts all day!) LOL. But I really give high recommendations on these!! Just take your measurements and follow the size chart. And remember that they are pretty stretchy, just in case...go with your normal size. ... show more

I was very skeptical to buy shorts without trying them on first. I feel like my body is odd to size for jeans and jean shorts. HOWEVER, I ordered these and haven't looked back! My jean size is usually 14/16 depending, 5'5", 210-220#. I ordered 2xl and XL. 2xl is a bit big and XL is s perfect. I love that this material allows for some variance, because let's be honest, our bodies can change during the month. The material is flexible, the pockets are deep enough to put my phone in, ride my bike, and NOT fall out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the button/waistband is flexible, comfortable, and allows me to live my life without cutting me in half. Highly recommend these! ... show more

Years ago I ordered tons of these shorts like 14 or so and I loved the fit and not so stretchy don’t like all that stretch. Now this year I am very disappointed. I ordered an extra large and that’s exactly what I am but the size was of a large. I was like okay they changed their sizing so I returned and ordered a 2 x and omg it’s HUGE. This sux I love this style no matter how old I get but I had to go to another label and purchase. Funny how I bought an extra large and it fits like it’s supposed to. So I finally moved on to hopefully a better company that delivers the correct sizes and like some companies they substitute when they run out of a size instead of just waiting till the correct size is available to ship out. So warning others if you are true to your size and they ship something a tad smaller it’s due to they ran out of your size and had way more of the smaller size or they ship out a bigger size. Thats what it seems to me. Plus I should have ordered more each year till they did whatever they did to their sizes. ... show more

I love the color and style. The fit is a little snug at the button compared to other shorts I have. The zipper is crap, it’s really hard to zip up and down, makes me not want to wear them.

These are great jean shorts! They have a good amount of stretch but still look nice! I got the medium blue color in an XL. They are a tad bit loose and I could have probably sized down to a L, but I like my jean shorts to be a bit looser.
