This is a cool little fan. Pros: Very easy to install. Cons: The frame where the fan is fastened to the ceiling is a bit flimsy and doesn't allow you to tighten as much as I'd have liked. This does not affect the performance of the fan though. Pros: Light is very bright, much brighter than conventional fan lights. Pros: Fan works very well (6 different speeds) and creates a lot of air movement right below. Cons: The radius of air movement is limited.
