I bought this sweater as a gift for a friend of mine. She wants a long, pink cardigan sweater First of all, the color isn't a true pink, it's more like a peach pink. Disappointed because of the color..two stars off for that. Recommendation stated that I order a large. / If I was buying it for myself. I ordered a large because of reviews and the fact the recipient is smaller than me and likes roomy sweaters. She takes a straight medium in all her tops. I take an X Large in sweaters. I tried it on for size and it certainly wouldn't fit me. It feels snug and small, so I would guess that recommendation from the company is slightly off / runs small. But it will fit my friend better than me. The sweater isn't warm or heavy. It's more of a sweater that you'd wear over a heavy top for warmth in fall, early winter or early spring.
