This short Heavy Duty Garden Hose (3’ FT x 5/8") works extremely well and makes it easy to fasten any kind of hose attachment to a faucet positioned in a tight space. For me, this heavy duty hose solves just such a problem: how to attach my automatic irrigation timers to my difficult-to-reach faucets. The hose ends are reinforced, easy to install because of the swivel grips, and the solid brass fittings connect tightly without leaking…and solved my problem (see picture)!

Overall good product at a good price. is it the best quality..........no. But for the price you get good connectors and a good hose. I will see how long it will hold up and if leaks develop and i will follow up. These things typically work well at the start and then develop leaks and issues at the connection pieces. On this...........so far so good. good price and works well. if anything changes i will update the review.

Loved this hose. It's durability and lightweight make it easy to set-up and move around the yard. The strong hose extender doesn’t leak at the faucet connection like some other extenders. The hose also doesn't kink-up like some other light-weight ones do.

I ordered this for the sole purpose of draining a water heater not as a "hose extension." And I don't even understand why anyone would need such as extension unless they needed just a few extra feet to water that last corner of the yard. Product Quality: In a word: Mixed. The hose portion is cheap, cheap, cheap. It's 5/8", thin and unreinforced. It is NOT the quality of a typical garden hose, even a cheap one. It's more like tubing and it'll kink in use. The ends are quite nice and appear to be the brass as stated (no magnetic attraction). They also swivel. If you need six feet to water that last corner of your yard, you're out of luck. Unlike the stated length of six feet, it falls short by a foot at five feet in length. Product Use: As stated, I used this to drain a water heater. I did hook it up to a grade hose to test for its stated usefulness and to check for joint leaks under pressure. There were none, but sure enough, the hose did kink. Final Thoughts: You can buy a cheap 25" hose at the price of admission for this item and that's my suggestion.

I needed a hose that would hold up for a couple years. This is a heavy-duty AND heavy hose. My issue is that I got so used to the soft hoses that don't kink (and that don't last more than a couple years) this is maddening. I have to pull it all the way out to where I'm going to water and then go back and unwrap all the kinks. I'm surprised anyone even uses this type of hose any longer.

In the past couple of weeks since I've used this Garden Hose (and wrapped the hose on our garden hose rack when not in use), this has been kink-resistant. I like that this 25-foot hose is lighter than our old 25-foot garden hose. It connects to the faucet well; so far, there are no leaks. Overall, during this short testing period, this Garden Hose works as advertised.
