    • Motor died due to auger fire, replaced with this and works perfectly again.
(Pitboss Vertical Smoker) I Had an auger fire a couple weeks ago and the motor stopped working. There were some small scorch marks on it, but the plastic fan was untouched, also the igniter wouldn't ignite pellets already in the cup. I was going to scrap my smoker before I saw that a replacement motor was just 30 some dollars - worth it to at least try. Got the motor, took the auger off the old one and stuck the unit into my smoker. Started turning immediately and the igniter works again too! (Wonder if it's a failsafe, if the auger doesn't work the igniter shuts down?). Let it run for 3 hours at 220 and it held temperature well. It's definitely quieter than the stock Pitboss. Very easy to replace, took me 2 minutes once the part came in. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

    • Works but noisey
This got me out of a bind since i couldn't get an OEM replacement for my Traeger Pro22 quickly. It installed easily and fit as intended. It’s kind of noisey, almost like it’s struggling the turn the augur, but i’ve used it for a month and it’s still working.

Won’t work at all, hooked it all up, plugged it in, and error code immediately. So I took it all apart again and plugged just the fan motor in to see if it would try to function- nope

So far so good we replaced it in our Pit Boss pellet grill. It was easy to replace, a great value for the money and pretty quiet
