Update: seller contacted me and have offered a new clipper due to the switch and the hair getting clogged at the blade base. I can not wait to try the new ones. So far, customer service is on point! The on/off switch is weak. Im just waiting on it to break at any point. Battery life is good. The clipper itself as far as cutting is amazingly on point. Not a fan of how much hair gets trapped between the clipper and blade base.
