These clippers do a great job. Very precise cut. The somewhat heavy weight gives the feel of a serious instrument. Unlike less-professional models, it has a whole array of attachment combs which you attach or remove to get a closer or farther cut, rather than a dial which moves the one comb supplied up or down. My only hesitation is that the attachment combs (and there are a lot of them) seem a bit flimsy, and I'm not sure how many times they can be attached and then removed. I am a hairstylist. I have always used a certain type of clippers by Wahl. I could not find the clippers that I have used for years. I bought some different Wahl and didn’t like them. They have a window that shows how much life they have. It said 100. First use was my husband. I buzz his head with no guard. I was actually surprised how close they cut and didn’t skip any hair. The clippers were amazing, super smooth. They are light weight yet powerful. I have used them on four clients and two beard trims. The battery life says 77.
