We bought it as a gift to 62 years old grandma, it wasa safe packaged delivery, almost 0 assembling, easy to use easy to understand which is perfect for elders. As a 300 lbs man i tested and not a single problem occurred, it s not heavy to carry around l, comes with 2 elastic stripes also helps exercising arms which is great addition. My only regret is not buying black one.

This product is great for cardio and takes up little space and its very quiet and sturdy to use. You can even adjust the resistance to make the workouts more intense and it comes resistance bands, so you can do your arms as well. Perfect little machine for great workout.

Such an amazing under the desk exercise tool. Very easy to set up and switch the different levels of resistance. The motion is very easy and love the strain it can provide. It is very lightweight and comfortable. I don't use the additional rubber handles, but it would be helpful if someone likes that attachment.
