This LONTEK Under Desk Elliptical Machine is great to keep my legs moving while watching TV or working. Everything was put together when I pulled it out of the box. The elliptical will go forward or backward and has 12 speeds. I can use one of the preset modes or I can just say start and it goes. All the modes I tried automatically swapped direction several times – I can also change the direction when not in a mode. I do not power it, it automatically goes and my feet move with it. The electrical plug is in the front – the cord is not very long so an extension cord may be needed. The sound can be turned off (and back on). The remote takes 2 AAA batteries. All the remote buttons are also found on the elliptical itself, so if the remote is not handy, I can still use it – the remote just makes it easier. The machine makes a little noise when running, but it is really quiet and is not too heavy to move around. There is an open inserted area that my hand slides into that allows me to grasp the machine and pick it up (above the electrical plug). The display works like my other workout machines. When in use, it continuously swaps between my workout stats – I see my workout time, distance, speed, count and calories burned. The pedals are plenty wide and long enough. There are also pedal straps that can be added, but I choose not to use them. I am very happy with this machine – when I have to sit for long periods of time when working, it keeps my feet and blood flowing.

I am enjoying this under desk elliptical machine. It’s currently at a bar-top setup where I am pointed at my computer and TV screen at the same time. I have the reach for this even with a higher chair, so it works for me. I can see how someone else might need a lower seat to reach with this setup. Overall, it’s doing its job. It’s not giving me a heart-pumping workout, but it is getting the blood flowing a bit when I’m working from the computer. That’s better than most. As far as the design goes, it works well for my feet size and the build quality feels like it’s going to last a long time. The noise level isn’t silent, but it is fairly quiet.. It wouldn’t wake anyone up from a rest. The other good part about this item’s design is it’s fairly mobile. I can switch this setup to another place with very little trouble at all. So far, so good. I would recommend this to anyone looking to use it in a similar fashion that I do.

I am super happy with this under desk elliptical from Lontek. We have a fitness challenge going at work, and lots of people have brought in walking pads for their standing desk, but I don't like the safety risk of walking and typing at the same time, so I opted to do an elliptical instead. It's quiet enough to use during the day that it isn't driving my neighboring coworkers crazy and it has works great. It's lightweight enough that I can just slide it to the side if I want to sit normally at my desk and not have my feet in it. I am using it in manual mode so that I actually burn a bunch of calories while using it and it keeps up with my pace great no matter how fast or slow I pedal. I can't speak to the motorized function, as I have not used it. This is a really nice under desk elliptical that is quiet, easy to move around and works great!

I was super disappointed in this elliptical, when you start to use it, it is not a smooth motion and it’s very difficult to use even when put on the required setting, I believe I received a faulty one

The media could not be loaded. This does not provide any resistance or muscle training. It is automatically powered. The purpose of this machine is to help with circulation while you sit, no strength or cardio. See video. It is extremely quiet with very smooth pedaling action. There is a silent mode to mute beeps when changing settings. The stats track in-session only, once it is powered off the stats reset. (time, calories, rotations) Compared to other under-the-desk ellipticals, this is compact and light. Around 13 pounds with an easy cubby to pick up and move. See pictures. The remote works well, especially since it auto-pedals its a little awkward to use the control panel on the machine itself. The remote does require 2 AAA batteries. It comes with a non-skid mat also.

With a WFH desk job that keeps me sitting for long stretches, this under-desk elliptical has been a great way to stay moving without breaking focus. It’s quiet enough that I can pedal through Zoom calls or deep work sessions without distraction, and the compact design fits easily under my desk. The remote makes switching speeds and modes easy, and I like the option of auto programs when I want to set it and forget it. The unit is light enough that I can move it out to the living room and use when I watch tv. It's not intense cardio, but it's exactly what I need to stay loose and get my legs moving on days I barely stand.
