I spend the whole day at my computer, and I usually get up now and then to stretch a bit. This Ellipse Leg Exerciser turned out to be the perfect addition — you can use it without leaving your chair. I set it for 15 minutes a couple of times a day, and I can even feel my core muscles working afterward. It’s really quiet, so it doesn’t distract me or anyone else. The trainer is compact and fits perfectly under my desk. When I’m not using it for exercise, it actually doubles as a super comfortable footrest. I love that it comes with a remote so I can switch modes without bending down, and it’s light enough to move around easily — I sometimes use it while watching TV too. The only downside: the remote didn’t come with batteries, and I didn’t have any at home, so I had to buy them separately and could only use the remote a few days later. You can use the elliptical without the remote, but if it comes with one, of course you want to try out the whole gadget right away. Overall, the trainer is excellent — it looks solid, and for keeping your legs moving and adding a bit of activity during the day, it’s a great option!
