The media could not be loaded. This under the desk elliptical is 100% worth it. No I'm not going to lose massive amount of weight just using this 8 hours of my 9 hour daily desk job, but I am burning roughly about 500 additional calories daily by using it. I get other forms of exercise daily on my treadmill, stretch bands and weights, and my bicycle, when the weather permits. I work 9 hour shifts at home and this is the best thing ever to keep my legs and feet moving. I wish I had gotten it sooner. It makes me feel good. My legs and ankles are not tight at the end of my shifts from sitting. It makes my legs and feet stay alive and gives them something healthy to do while I'm working. The max timer prebuilt in the device is 30 mins. No big deal. After the 30 min shut off..I just restart my 30 mins. It literally takes 2 seconds. I have used this on Team meetings and no one knows. It isn't perfectly quite..see video...but it isn't super loud either. You can use this with or without power. Power is nice because you dont have to think about it and it is smoother. Especially while working and typing. Easy to multitask with. My normal set up is 30 mins, on level 10 which is fast but not the fastest. It goes to 12. After 30 minutes is up and it shuts down, I restart it. I do this for about 8 hours a day while at my desk working. Just some advice. Look at measurements on picture. Go sit at your desk and measure the distance you have between the tops of your legs and knees from the top of your desk to get a general idea of if you have enough space to pedal under your desk while sitting. I have plenty of room at my L shaped average height desk. I do not have weird beams or poles that go under my desk or across my leg space. The device is light enough to carry from one space to another. I have mine on carpet and have not had any issues with it sliding on me during use. If I wear this one out because I use it so much daily...I guarantee you I will be getting another. I love this. Seems like it is a quality item. No issues so far. It does come with elastic foot pedal straps if you opt to use them. It also comes with lubricant for regular maintenance. Don't wait. Just get it. Easy to do while watching your favorite tv, working or crafting. Keep your legs moving. It will make them feel better and hey, you burn slow calories doing it. Can't get a better reward than that. No it isn't going to take the place of strong cardio workout. But it is movement and movement does burn calories and helps your body stay active. Slow and steady wins the race.

Great for your legs. Remote control helpful. Very quiet... holding up very good. Not sliding on the the floor. Size is good for anyone. It's good with the different speeds & directions. It functions real good. But changing the speed & timer isn't the easiest. Keeping memory of your progress would be a great feature to include.

This elliptical machine is fantastic. Well built, yet light weight and smooth operating, The Remote control is simple to use and I really like the fact that is also has a reverse mode. Counting down time or counting revolutions, the mode switch is very helpful. A bargain at this price.

The machine worked as expected. When using it I felt my muscles at the side of my inner knees moving. I used the slower speed for starters and I know with consistent use my legs will get stronger. The machine is fairly quiet but I notice that sometimes it makes a a sound but then the sound disappear as the machine increase its movement. It relaxes my legs. I would suggest to use it at first for 10 minutes then increase the time as your legs progress.

Love this mini. Elliptical.. I waited until I had this for a couple of months before writing a review. I have it under my desk since I work from home and find myself pedaling all day long. I love having the ability to change the settings.To get a workout, my legs really do feel worked after using one of the settings. When using a setting, the tension gets tighter, the speed gets faster, and it feels like there's hills, you even have to go backwards. Great mini workout while still working. And if you want it, you could definitely do your workout in front of the t v or create a harder workout for yourself, anytime. I had had both of my hips replaced in six months and didn't think I'd ever get back to being able to move and walk properly.This little machine has certainly helped
