The media could not be loaded. I'm 60 years old, and this elliptical machine has been a great help for me as I have trouble with my legs and feet. It's convenient to store, and I bring it out when I'm watching TV or reading. It has a remote control which is very handy to use. It offers different speeds and two different directions (forward and backward). It's highly recommended. I'm sticking with it.

It functions perfectly— was very easy to set up and start using. I only used it for twenty minutes and my back has been bothering me ever since. A really weird ache from my lower back down through my glutes all the way to my knees. The position I was in on my chair, combined with the motion of my legs, was really bad for me.

It is well-made and works as advertised. The unit is very quiet. Although it may feel like you are not doing much of a workout, your body will disagree if you use it too much. :)

This is so great because it means there is ALWAYS a way to exercise. Even if dealing with bad weather or injuries that make weightbearing exercise problematic, this can be used and it can be under a table with a computer or TV so that you can be entertained while exercising. It is particularly good as an option among several; as stated earlier, a way to always have a method to get those minutes in even with complicating circumstances. I do have other options for exercise but have intermittent knee problems (I am older) and this means I can still work out without making my knees worse when they are flaring up. Noise is not a problem.

The media could not be loaded. This is an unbiased review of the Under Desk Elliptical machine. Comes nicely packaged with everything needed for a quick start up. Comes with a remote control and a nice instruction booklet. There’s zero set up required which is awesome. Literally pull this out of the box and it’s ready to go. There is a charging cord that needs to be close to an outlet. This is a motorized elliptical and therefore simply moves your legs, similar to an e-bike actually. This machine will go all by itself but its nice way of moving blood flow in your legs. There are a ton of settings and speeds. It can also go forwards or backwards. There is a nice timer as well. Overall this is not a complicated machine, it will help to keep your legs moving, doesn’t take much effort. Nice value for the money. If you are wanting to build muscle, this is not your machine. But if you simply are working on circulation, this is a nice elliptical which also doesn’t take up much space. Overall nice, easy, functional.

My Mom is using this to help with the circulation in her feet & legs. She had a stroke, which keeps her from being able to exercise & move around & she's set it in front of her chair in the bedroom & uses it daily. She liked it so much at first, that she kinda over did it. There was no resistence on the level she chose so she used it each day, increasing the time, doing it too fast, not giving her legs a chance to get used to it. Now she takes her time.

If you were looking to purchase this to place under your desk so you can exercise more than this may not be the best choice. This product is motorized so a lot of the movement is done from the product itself. You place your feet on plug it in and can control it with a controller. Though it sounds good it really does take out the exercise portion completely. Its great for elderly that may need to move their feet about or if you are prone to needing to have motion to sit still. Overall its good but they should enable a manual function where you can pedal without any assistance.
