Works great!! Such a cool gadget especially if you have trouble going to the gym or work from home. Feels heavy and sturdy everything worked perfect it seems really well made. It’s already made so there really isn’t any assembly to do and it fits right under my desk perfectly. I love how you can adjust and control from the remote and the actual unit itself some i’ve seen only have a remote which is inconvenient cause what if u lose it lol. i’ve been burning around 800 calories each day with ease for the past couple weeks now! I use the max speed 12 i actually hope they make one with a higher speed and increase the 15min intervals and maybe a bigger or split screen so we can see more than one mode at a time. Other than that this thing works great a lot better than i expected but i’m glad since its definitely an investment so im glad its a good value especially since i have a ton of chronic pain and can’t put pressure on my left foot due to plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia so this helps me still have some movement without having to ahve the pain of pressure on my foot. Literally lifesaver for me.

This elliptical machine comes ready to use, just take it out of the box and go. It is silent and its control helps you change the training levels. It is light and easy to use and adjust the speed between its 12 levels. I bought it for my mother, who is almost 80 years old. I loved it because it keeps her moving. It does not replace cardiovascular exercise, but it does help improve her circulation and has reduced the inflammation in her knees. It keeps her joints flexible and helps her be more relaxed. Now I will buy one for myself because I can use it while I work.

The media could not be loaded. I got this under-desk elliptical because I wanted an easy way to move more while sitting, and it’s been a great addition. It’s very quiet, so I can use it while working without any noise. I love that it comes with a remote, which makes changing speeds super easy without bending down. The different speed and auto modes are great, especially if you want something gentle but still effective. It’s simple to use, comfortable, and doesn’t take up much space — especially nice for anyone who sits a lot during the day.

This is perfect for incorporating movement into a sedentary desk job! It improves circulation and reduces swelling, and keeps joints limber with no stress as well as helping contribute to calorie burn. It is not a replacement for cardio exercise and strength training. It is a wonderful supplement that can negate the risks of sitting for forty hours per week. There is no assembly; it is ready to use out of the box. This product has a 4.7 star rating but it should have a 4.9 star rating. The machine is built with better than average quality materials and should be durable enough to handle many different body types. Please note: THIS MACHINE IS NOT DESIGNED TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! In my opinion this machine is essentially a device that can be used as therapy for common lower back and leg issues. The machine is ergonomically designed as well to deliver a good workout. This device functions exactly as it is advertised. For example, many people have posted that the product only has one speed level but this is not true. I think what they are saying is that there is only one level of workout intensity but there are 12 different levels of speed. The device has to be in the manual mode of operation before you can access this function and this is done by using the remote control device. I purchased this device in late July because I had injured my lower back which resulted in trauma to my sciatica nerve. It was very difficult to walk because of the excruciating pain. Trying to get out of bed after sleeping was even more painful. After visiting my physician and getting a pain shot which gave me a mild but temporary relief from the pain, I was told by the doctor that the best way to recover from this type of injury was to do lower body stretching and to do slow hip and leg movement exercises. So I bought what I thought was the best device based on the cost. After about a week of doing 3 to 4 times a day 15 minute workouts , I noticed that I had a lot more flexibility in my hips, legs, and calf’s, which is where I had the most pain. After two weeks I could get out of the bed in the mornings with only marginal pain. By week four, I probably had recovered 90% of my original flexibility and I had very little pain in my lower back, glutes, and calf muscles. After six weeks I was about 99% of normal physical strength and function. Without this device I don’t know what I would have done. Sciatic nerve pain is incredibly unbearable and I wish this kind of pain on no one. Yes, the doctor did give me a medication for pain but I took the medication off and on so that I could observe the effect of the medication versus the machine. In my opinion, taking pain medication alone is only marginal effective. The results were clear, this device and other devices similar in type are effective alternatives to help reduce the symptoms of pain associated with sciatica nerve trauma, and helps in the recover from such injurious events.
