The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for a machine that makes the movement and excerise easy. This machine provides this value for money with ease. I really like this machine. The functionality is there with the elliptical movement that is foward and backwards. (The remote allows you to select either direction. ) You also select the speed 1 to 12. The remote allows you select the mode or function such as time, calorie, or speed. This is so easy to assemble. I took the light weight machine (less than 10 pounds) out of box (great weight if you had to move) and plugged it in to Immediately start working. Total was may be 5 minutes to unpack and plug into the outlet. The footprint of the machine is small. (12 inches by 12 inches) We use it in front of a chair. The cord is short. (You will need to have it close to an outlet or use an extension cord-surge protector. ) The noise level is minimal. The noise reminds me of a hum like a rowing machine. You can watch-listen to a program-podcast without increasing the volume. I have included some notes below regarding the use. 1st note - I did have to add a rug so the machine would not move forward on my floors. Once I added the rug, it stayed in place. 2nd note - The machine will stop every 30 minutes. (I typically use the time to switch directions.) 3rd note - You have to use the machine while sitting. The machine states not to use while standing. 4th note- There are no straps for your feet. (I have no issue with this but it was a concern for the other member of my household who is using the machine as well.)

The media could not be loaded. This machine has been very useful to me because I don't have much time to exercise. I use it at home and almost always dedicate about 10 minutes to it when I get home from work. It's very relaxing, and I feel relief in my feet and legs afterward. It's comfortable, quiet, and I can use it sitting down while watching TV. I like that it has different modes and the remote control because it makes it much easier to use. It's been a great help in my daily routine to stay active effortlessly.

I’ve been using this motorized elliptical trainer daily and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s smooth, quiet, and perfect for light workouts at home. I like how compact it is and how easy it was to set up right out of the box. It really helps keep my legs moving, especially on busy or low-energy days. I had a number of problems setting this thing up. Not the machine itself which is easy and lightweight. But you have to make sure that either your chair does not have wheels; both mine do where I would want it used, or that the floor it’s on doesn’t add to any sliding factor. Both my office desk chair and the chair at my kitchen table, where I also often work have castors, and that’s not going to change. So it did not work for under my kitchen table, also because my knees would hit the bottom of that table! Literally was not a good fit. lol When I moved it to my office that LVP flooring was a better surface and my chair didn’t move as it was an heavier, actual office chair. They did not send me the one I ordered. This is black with orange which I don’t like it all, but I need the function more than the look of it. So as of now, all I can do is use it in my office and it’s under the table and out of sight, which is fine. I really wanted something to also use in the kitchen for under that table so I’m still deciding whether to return it and try another one or keep this one. It is also not that quiet, and I will need to get used to that constant swooshing sound. Don’t know if others are quieter. People’s concept of “quiet” are likely very different. I don’t want to hear this thing all the time and I do. But it works and keeps my legs moving. So, kind of mixed here, but wanted to make people aware of how this will work on different kinds of floors and with different chairs.

The electric function is great, especially for seniors or anyone who wants low-impact exercise without putting strain on their joints. I really like the 12 modes it’s easy to switch speeds depending on how active I want to be that day. It feels sturdy and doesn’t take up much space, which is a big plus. The pedals are comfortable and don’t slip. Overall, this is a great option for light daily exercise, improving circulation, and staying active while seated. Very happy with this purchase!
