  • Whisper quiet under desk elliptical
The media could not be loaded. This is a whisper quiet under-the desk elliptical machine which works your feet/legs with passive motion. You don’t have to do anything really except put your feet on it and let it do the work of exercising your lower legs! I think this would be a really nice way to keep your feet moving and increase circulation when working long hours at a desk. It is ready to go straight from the box! I just had to plug in the cord and it was up and running, There is an easy to navigate remote or the onboard buttons can also be used. I just press the big red power button and then choose one of the three modes or dial in my own settings (speed and direction), then press start! The modes keep you moving from forward motion to backward motion and the speed varies from a slow start to moderate pace, then back to slow. I can’t tell much difference between the three modes. Maybe number 3 is the most intense at the middle part of the program. The modes last about 10 minutes which is nice, then I can take a break and use it again later. It can definitely be used under a desk, but you need to put it way out as far as your feet can reach so you don’t have your knees going up into the desk. I think with a little maneuvering in most cases it can work under a desk unless it is a really short desk without a lot of leg room to extend to the right position. It is NOT to be used except when seated! You don’t stand on it ever. The under-desk elliptical has a very convenient and thick handle to make moving it around easy. The machine is solid but not overly heavy so it’s pretty easy to move to where you like it best. The cord is two-pronged standard electric which is nice. I like the bumps on the surface of the foot pedals as they have a sort of massaging effect. I like using it with just socks on, but it can also be used with shoes. There are two Velcro straps included if you have an issue keeping your feet in place. It has non-slip feet so it really stays in place when you’re using it and doesn’t slide around. Also there is a place to store the remote control right below the main control panel. It comes with a small instruction booklet and safety stickers reminding you NOT TO STAND UP ON IT. It’s really easy to navigate and like I said earlier, ready to go straight out of the box. I will not just be using this for work time but also for when I’m watching tv or just need to get some circulation going. I think this is a great model and it works as advertised. I’m super pleased and would highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Great for under desk WFH
From 2020 on, I've exclusively worked remotely from my home office. I learned pretty quickly I had to make some adaptions: 1) had to have a dedicated office space exclusively for work, and 2) I had to be intentional about making sure I get movement. My general routine is to stand an hour for every hour I sit, and while standing I either use a walking pad or a different under desk elliptical that you can stand on. That one is fully manual, and as such it's just higher. Using it under my desk while sitting is just not possible. This one does not have that problem. Fits under my desk perfectly, no issues bumping my knees. Downside to it, though, is you can NOT stand on this elliptical. It feels solidly made, but it is extremely light weight. There's a reason it has 3 "DO NOT STAND ON DEVICE" stickers stuck to the footrests. If you are looking for a model built to withstand your full weight while standing, keep looking. The automatic drive of the device is actually much more useful than I expected it to be. It's not going to give you a cardio workout (it will push your HR up by maybe 5 or 10), but it does have a good range of motion with a side benefit of basically forcing you to sit with good posture. The automatic programs do a good job of changing directions/speeds without actually interrupting your work (typing, phone, etc). It's also pretty lightweight, relatively speaking. It's pretty easy to just grab it by the handle and move it around. It makes a little bit of noise when it's going full power, but nothing disruptive. All in all, not a bad device. I do wish it had bluetooth/app support though: because it's yet another remote control that I'll most likely lose. ... show more

  • This is good for everyone!
From my wife: I absolutely love this thing! My father lives with us and I wanted to get him one of these. The one we have uses little stirrups and he couldn't keep his feet in them. This one has flat beds for the feet, which really make a difference for him. Also, there are three programs that run the feet FOR you. That is really good for both my dad and my disabled husband. They are moving without exhausting themselves. I can also use it in manual mode and get some exercise. It's very quiet, easy to use and easy to stow. I am so happy with this elliptical!! ... show more
