Don't let it sit there! This is incredible. Turn it on & use it! Careful not to get too close to anything in front of the foot pedals. I have it underneath my desk & if I let my foot get too close to the edge , my toes will get in-between the pedal & the desk panel. That was my fault. Otherwise, this really helps if you let it! My ankles were swelling because of the lack of mobility, working from home now. This has has turned that completely around! Worth every penny, and I love the multi tasking aspect! Working & working out!

For working at home this is a good way of working your legs while sitting for 8 hours a day and its quiet. I use it 3 days out the week when I have energy when I am not driving to family houses 2 hours away some weekends. I recommend getting this if you work sitting all day and need to more your legs for circulation this will work ot and not over due it. It is physical therapy at home as well, I had both knees replace and I do not need a walker or cane.

I Love my Tappio Under Desk Elliptical Foot Power Machine for it is easy on the hips and back. I am not able to do the typical exercises on the machines at the gym. But this machine with the remote is so easy on the body as well as runs quiet, I got my parents that are in their 80's one each and they enjoy theirs.

Love this little machine I sit at my desk 8 to 10 hours a day working from home I get as much exercise as I can afterwards but boy this is a game changer you put it to whatever speed you want forward or backwards and let it go and your legs are moving constantly again you can change the speed or backwards or forwards so you are burning calories and improving circulation in your legs as much as you want I will be using this everyday as I have since I got it. If you are sedentary if you have poor circulation if you should be walking and can't or won't this is going to help you out a bunch I say buy it! Oh and I read somebody said something about standing on it you're not supposed to stand this is a under desk in front of your chair workout for your legs do not stand on it that's not what it's for.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It said it was quiet. I was looking for one like this. This one offered plug in or manual. Easy - not too strenuous on my knees. I wasn't looking for strength building, just simple movement to prevent clots. As it turns out, I prefer using it manually.

My husband is extremely hard to buy gifts for. He is a pretty simple man who has everything he needs. So I straight out asked him this year what he wanted and an elliptical was it. So I purchased this one for him. It's absolutely perfect! He uses it while watching TV and has had no problems with it staying in place on the carpet. And although it does have some weight to it, it's still light enough for him to move with easy. While it's running it's very quiet so it doesn't interrupt his shows. He absolutely loves his elliptical! He uses it every day numerous times per day. I should also mention my husband is 95 years old so he's not able to do traditional exercises. This was just what he needed!
