Everything assembled as per the directions and no real issues until I went to clip the arm bands on with the carabiner hooks. One had a broken spring and wouldn't stay closed. I emailed the company (Lifepro) and sent a photo of the broken clip. They requested the order information from Amazon, and said, no problem, we'll send you a new clip. That was on April 15, 2023...still no replacement clip and now the other one has a broken spring as well. Using the arm band feature with broken clips is unsafe. So off to the Dollar Tree for some new clips. Also, the feet on the bike tend to roll when its moved or if you put force on the pedals. Otherwise, its a quality piece of equipment, but customer service and quality of the clips??? ... show more

I need knee replacement so I got this to strengthen up for surgery and use for therapy after, but plan to keep on using it! At first, I did not realize it comes preset to Level 9, thought it was Level 1, so when I first tried to pedal it was so difficult I thought my legs were much weaker than I imagined, and wondered what Level 9 must be like! Haha. Thankfully Level 1 is a breeze. It is so quiet. I have it on carpet and it does move if I am reclined and pedaling even on level 1, I guess because that is a pushing outward form of pedaling rather than down, so I need to stabilize it better. It fits great under the coffee table out of the way, too! Time passes quickly watching tv, so that helps. And even on Level 1, pedaling fast, you can feel some aerobic benefit! It is constructed so well, truly a quality product. Highly recommend. ... show more

I gave this as a gift for my mother who deals with boughts of dizziness, making cycling difficult for her. This was a great compromise. She enjoyed the ease of set up and use. She did caution against the use of the arm bands without bracing the machine. 🥴

I have knee issues so was looking for something to use that would help me exercise & give me more mobility. I do like this machine but wish there was a fuller rotation as when peddling an actual bike. Also I find that as I peddle the unit does have a tendency to slide on a low pile carpet or wood floor.
