Wow. This is a really nice set at a great price point. I’d been using ceramic coated pans for years and when I had to change to a gas stove I kept having problems with sticking so I did a little research on cooking with stainless cookware before making the switch. I’ve learned that there is an important “trick” when using stainless cookware to create a non stick surface. I really recommend doing your own research on this. The main thing in using stainless and making it non-stick is that you have to preheat your pans and you most definitely should be using oil before adding your food. I also read that the temperature of the food you’re going to cook should be closer to room temp rather than refrigerator temps. I haven’t had any trouble at all with food sticking. It’s been an absolute joy not having to scrub my pans or soaking them for what seems like forever. As others say the handles are nice and hefty and the set is quite pretty. Someone mentioned that they thought the handles would bend but I don’t see that at all. I was really pleased when I noticed that the handles really do not get hot. I thought for sure when boiling spaghetti the handles would be too hot to handle like with my old pans and they weren’t at all. So overall I would most definitely recommend these to friends with the caveat that you have to alter the way you use your cookware. So do your research!! Update: I’ve been using the pans for several months now and haven’t encountered any issues with loose handles. I’ve read other reviews about issues with the handles coming loose. That could definitely be a scary problem. It sounds like the issue is with the fasteners that hold the handles to the pans rather than the handles themselves. Maybe the reason I haven’t seen this problem is down to the way I cook and my frequency of use as well as the time one has owned this cookware. I think a lot of it might be related to the aggressiveness of use (for lack of a better term atm). While the handles themselves aren’t bending it sounds like they are coming loose for some. I imagine there is someone out there who could set new rivets for those who’ve had problems. I hope someone steps up to address this!!

These are great. Even if you burn them they come clean with a bit of brillo. Well made ,heavy,but not the best non stick . Pots are great ,frying pans worked well but not for something like eggs. Still I like them.

The pots and pans feel heavy and strong, heats up fast and cooks evenly. I like the look and handles stay cool. But when I fry food, oil sticks bad and hard to clean even with soak. Works great for boiling, soup, pasta, or sauce — just not best for frying. Overall still solid cookware for daily use.

I am extremely disappointed - not with the concept of this cookware, but with the company behind it. On paper, this is premium 5-ply stainless steel cookware. In practice, the cooking performance can indeed be very good , if you understand how to properly use stainless steel surfaces. Heat control, oil timing, technique all of that matters. Once mastered, the pans perform as expected for this price category. But that is not the issue. The issue is structural quality and complete absence of responsibility. Within a short period of normal home use, the handles on the pans became loose. Not slightly , noticeably loose, with uncomfortable play that compromises stability and confidence while cooking. For cookware marketed as premium, this is unacceptable. Now comes the more serious problem. Amazon directs customers to the manufacturer for warranty issues. The manufacturer’s website directs customers back to the seller. This circular deflection creates a deliberate dead end where no one takes responsibility. I was unable to receive meaningful support, repair guidance, or warranty assistance. No clear contact channel. No accountability. No ownership of the problem. A brand that positions itself as premium must stand behind its product. Five layers of steel mean nothing if customer support is zero layers deep. If the company chooses to respond and take responsibility, I am open to updating this review. Until then, I strongly advise potential buyers to consider whether they are comfortable purchasing cookware from a brand that avoids direct warranty accountability. Premium pricing requires premium responsibility.

I have had various sets of cookware and this, by far, is the absolute best! The weight is great, without being too heavy and unmanageable when full. I cooked a batch of home made spaghetti sauce with cheese, all day, and nothing stuck to the bottom. This is my way of testing cookware. The pans are so easy to clean, just a shake of Bar Keepers Friend and polished up like new. Steaks came out perfect, mushrooms sautéed very well, deglasing for sauce was so easy. No problems with eggs sticking to pan. If you are having a "sticking" problem, just Google cooking with stainless steel. No more concerns with non-stick flaking. This set has replaced my non-stick cookware. Only suggestion I have is to make more sizes available for add on purchases. A large roaster would be awesome. And let's talk about the price. I've used very expensive 5-ply and I can't see the difference. This set would easily be 5 times what I paid here for the expensive version. If youre on the fence, just purchase. You will not be disappointed.

They heat evenly. Nothing sticks if properly preheated. Seem to be as good as a way more expensive set. They were a small rim dent in a couple of lids but not large enough to make them not seal. For the price they are untouchable.
