Wow. This is a really nice set at a great price point. I’d been using ceramic coated pans for years and when I had to change to a gas stove I kept having problems with sticking so I did a little research on cooking with stainless cookware before making the switch. I’ve learned that there is an important “trick” when using stainless cookware to create a non stick surface. I really recommend doing your own research on this. The main thing in using stainless and making it non-stick is that you have to preheat your pans and you most definitely should be using oil before adding your food. I also read that the temperature of the food you’re going to cook should be closer to room temp rather than refrigerator temps. I haven’t had any trouble at all with food sticking. It’s been an absolute joy not having to scrub my pans or soaking them for what seems like forever. As others say the handles are nice and hefty and the set is quite pretty. Someone mentioned that they thought the handles would bend but I don’t see that at all. I was really pleased when I noticed that the handles really do not get hot. I thought for sure when boiling spaghetti the handles would be too hot to handle like with my old pans and they weren’t at all. So overall I would most definitely recommend these to friends with the caveat that you have to alter the way you use your cookware. So do your research!! Update: I’ve been using the pans for several months now and haven’t encountered any issues with loose handles. I’ve read other reviews about issues with the handles coming loose. That could definitely be a scary problem. It sounds like the issue is with the fasteners that hold the handles to the pans rather than the handles themselves. Maybe the reason I haven’t seen this problem is down to the way I cook and my frequency of use as well as the time one has owned this cookware. I think a lot of it might be related to the aggressiveness of use (for lack of a better term atm). While the handles themselves aren’t bending it sounds like they are coming loose for some. I imagine there is someone out there who could set new rivets for those who’ve had problems. I hope someone steps up to address this!!

So far these have been excellent additions to my kitchen. If you have an induction range I recommend a good set of stainless cookware. The stove loves the pans, they work with the magnetic heating as if they were designed for it. Temperature control is awesome. The quick boil works so well you will love this set. I'll come back and update if there is aver an issue but really these are well built and work so well... I do not think I'll be back.

Pans are decent but there is a ton of misleading information going on here. For starters this is not true stainless steel. 5 ply consists of outer layer of stainless steel and inner layers of aluminum and copper. If you think this is 100 percent stainless, I’m sorry it’s not. Stainless, copper and aluminum is not magnetic but these pans are. That’s telling me they are using cheap carbon steel. Look at my pictures below and look the magnet in the picture on the side of the pan, that shouldn’t happen. The only thing stainless on these pans are the lids. This is a FTC violation, I would love to see MTR’s for these pans.

Just received the item and they look good . I have not cooked yet but initially quality I found that one of the lids seems warped , it just does not seal completely flat , but once I boil or cook and it does well that warp is just a minor defect . Really good price for the amount of pieces . The set looks great and they came very well packed and protected .

After researching how to properly use these, I'll never go back to Teflon, ceramic or any other kind of cookware. A hot pan and food that's not frozen make for the best chances of non-stick cooking. My kids do the dishes. It's mainly the dishwasher and very few hand washed items. So, these have gone through several heavy and several normal wash cycles. If something won't come out in the dishwasher, they know to scrub it out with a scrubby pad (I only buy non scratch pads, too) and dish soap. "Cooked on" messes haven't ever been a problem, because we soak them in hot soapy water when necessary. The pan lids are thin which gives the best chance for dents and warping, so if you're hard on your cookware either be careful with these or don't buy. The handles on the pots and pans are all thick and solid (as pictured), so there's very little heat transfer (no burnt hands there). The lid handles, though... you'll need a pot holder or towel. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking into stainless steel cookware. Also, as you can see in the picture, the manufacturer takes great care into carefully packaging this product to prevent damage before it reaches the consumer.

I haven't cooked enough in them yet to give them a review on durability and quality. I will say, they're nice and heavy but the handles are extremely light. They feel like they're not strong enough to support the weight of the pan and may bend over time, but who knows! That might just be me getting used to them. Also the handles seem overly long for the smaller ones.. especially the sauce pans. That again might just be me not being used to them. Overall they're nice, they seem heavy-duty, and decent quality. They clean up easily as long as they're cooked in correctly.. my daughter didn't know to hear, then add oil, and heat again before adding eggs..... so that wasn't fun to clean but with a little baking soda and water we got it. I'm giving a 3 for now since I'm questioning the handles but I'll give a final review a little later on when I really get to use them all.
