The actual tread area is 42" x 15.5", other than that the speed adjusts in about .4mph increments. I weight about 185 lbs and when I'm running on it it does shake a little bit so if you don't place your stuff in the cup holders, it will fall off. I would say this works well for what it is.

    • It works so far, but...
On Amazon, it says the L20 has a 2 year warranty. The user manual that came with it says it has a 1 year warranty. On Amazon, the details say the L20 has manual incline, while the photos and the "ask Rufus" both show the L20 has electronic incline. I tried to contact UMAY to discuss these things, but no one has contacted me back. One last issue is the hand rail is crooked. Everything is connected but the dashboard is definitely wonky. The thing works, but you might want to think twice about the issues I mentioned before you part with your hard-earned money. Watch out for the bait and switch! ... show more

Delivery was super fast was expecting it next week but got it way ahead of expected date… only thing is I have extra pieces that I don’t know where they go and instructions don’t have a place for them three spin knobs with no place to go
