    • Basic Resistance Trainer
This is a pretty basic resistance tool. The build quality is okay, although the padding looks fairly low quality and may start to degrade after a few months of consistent use. So far the bending mechanism seems pretty strong, and should outlast the padding I think. Assembly was super easy, and it comes apart in three sections for easy storage and transport. As far as versatility and the basic value proposition goes, it seems a bit on the pricey end for such a simple tool. It's probably great for some exercises, but I was only able to find a couple of different exercises that really make sense for me. In addition, the spring stiffness is pretty weak, so I am using it exclusively on the strongest setting, and it's still a bit weak for me. I will continue to use this resistance trainer though, and will update my review if anything changes. ... show more

This power twister is nice! It looks and feels good quality and well made. It is easy to assemble and use. I have it set to the lowest resistance and it's quite a challenge for me. I really like that this is so versatile and can be used to strengthen arms, chest, back and legs (I use it mostly for leg exercises, though). I am happy with this power twister! ... show more
