I saw these on social media and decided to give it a try..Put it together in under 10 seconds. it needs no instructions - pretty self explanatory. Figured to this would kind of easy like the stuff from the 80's. WOW this thing is tough! But in a good way. I'm a 5'9, 200 lb experienced lifter and former trainer and I gotta tell you this bad boy works! Just be mindful of flaring your elbows when working chest with it. You can get pretty creative with it too. You can literally hit all your upper body with this and IT'S A WORKOUT! I love the parts covering the spring mechanism. hitting your chest and biceps is pretty straightforward with this. for your triceps, brace it against the floor or your thigh and push down to bend it. for your back you can brace it against your hips and pull back on the ends. tons of functionality in one little machine ... show more

This is a pretty basic resistance tool. The build quality is okay, although the padding looks fairly low quality and may start to degrade after a few months of consistent use. So far the bending mechanism seems pretty strong, and should outlast the padding I think. Assembly was super easy, and it comes apart in three sections for easy storage and transport. As far as versatility and the basic value proposition goes, it seems a bit on the pricey end for such a simple tool. It's probably great for some exercises, but I was only able to find a couple of different exercises that really make sense for me. In addition, the spring stiffness is pretty weak, so I am using it exclusively on the strongest setting, and it's still a bit weak for me. I will continue to use this resistance trainer though, and will update my review if anything changes. ... show more

    • Adjustability seems limited but is useful!
Either way I adjust this thing it is hard. Maybe I am just crazy weak and wimpy, but I was hopeful that I would have a better shot at being able to use it. The build quality overall seems decent, I will update if anything changes though! I do like how many options there are for different types of exercises. I mostly got this item for building my legs, but am looking forward to building my pectorals as well. ... show more

    • Good Upper Body Workout.
This workout machine is great. It's easy to use and to put together. It's comfortable and made well. This is great at targeting the upper body muscles. I also like that you can adjust it to make harder or easier.
